I stood behind Jace and Brandon, breathing heavily while Blake eyed the three of us. His eyes drifted down to Andrew who was growling in pain.
Brandon suddenly jumped on Blake, holding his neck tightly, "what did you do to her?"
"Brandon! No!" I yelled stepping between them trying to stop whatever Brandon was willing to do, "he helped me."
"He helped you?" Andrew spoke with a grin on his face. He helped himself up and before Jace got to him, he was already out in the woods.
"Great!" Jace said sarcastically and licked his lip nervously. Blake let out a sigh before glancing at me, "have a conversation." He said glaring at Brandon then left the kitchen.
My eyes met Brandon's and I took in his disheveled appearance. Leaves and dirt and various other gunk from the forest adorn his unruly mess of dark chocolate hair.
He looked tired and worn.
Blood covered his clothes from fights. Cuts and bruises decorated his face. He looked so much like Brandon, and I think he had never looked so beautiful.
"I'm sorry," he whispered as my hands ran on his shoulders and chest, "shut up and kiss me," I said and his lips slammed mine instantly.
"Eh! Get a room." Jace laughed and I heard his footsteps heading out of the kitchen.
I was fixed to the wall, Brandon's body pushing against mine as his tongue slipped into my mouth. I sucked it making he let out a soft moan, his hands hungrily holding my waist.
"As rough as always," he mocked taking a breath in and staring at my now swollen lips. I laughed before his index finger rested on my lips. I looked up at him then slowly opened my mouth.
His eyes bored into mine lustfully as he gently pushed his finger inside my mouth. Closing my lips and sicking it seductively, I noticed his breathing going faster.
Unexpected. That's what he's thinking. Unexpected move.
My tongue brushed his skin before sucking his finger out and jumping with my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck.
"I just realized that I never asked you to be my girlfriend," he smiled and my eyes widened in surprise then quickly nodded.
At least he figured that out.
"Don't get too excited, not going to do it right now," he chuckled, "I want everything to be special." His hands were on my lower back holding me up as he started walking out of the house.
"No! We didn't get Blake's brother yet!" I yelled and be stopped walking eyebrows furrowed, "why should we?"
"Are you not grateful that he helped me?" I asked letting go of him and standing on my legs. He held my waist and sat me in the exact same position I was in, "I didn't say that cupcake, I just didn't know that I'm supposed to help his brother."
"Cupcake?" I raised my eyebrows.
"My cupcake."
I fought the smile that pushed through my lips and he laughed, effortlessly climbing the stairs. He pulled me down on the bed in the room I was in.
"I'll talk to Blake and see how we're going to get his brother, you'll stay here until our talk is over." He ordered walking to the door without waiting for my answer.
My life is finally back to its boring normality. No more kidnaps and, well, still hooking up with a demon/ vampire.
I don't think I'd mind that as long as he protects me instead of feeding on my blood.
"Gabrielle!" Brandon called before storming inside and jumping on the bed, "I missed you!"
"Why are you so sweet all of a sudden?" I chuckled and he glared at me, "I'm always sweet with you."
"Probably."
"Okay, shut your face I'll get straight to the point," he said, "I'm going to find Blake's brother tonight, and don't know what to do with you."
I raised an eyebrow, "You don't know what to do with me?" He shrugged his shoulders, "I'm sorry but I'll have to choke you until you die."
My eyes widened and his hand quickly held my throat pinning me down on the bed. His face moved closed and he whispered in my ear, "do you really think I'd kill you?"
His eyes were two shades darker than usual when he stared at me, his hand still around my neck. "Do you not trust me Gabrielle?"
I didn't know what to answer. I trust him but also expect everything from him.
"Yes, you should definitely expect everything from me." He snapped coldly before getting up and walking out.
"Brandon, I didn't mean it like that!" I yelled for him to hear me and walked to the door. Turning the knob, I realized that he had closed the door.
"Brandon Anderson, you cannot lock me inside a room!" I knocked violently attempting to get his attention.
"Oh, looks like I can and I did." He answered knocking back, "I'll let you out on one condition." He suggested and I nodded as if he could see me.
"No, no. I take that back, you have nothing outside to do so stay there."
"But I have you to be with," I smiled at how much confidence I gained. It was silent for a while then the door opened and Brandon picked me up closing the door with his leg.
Placing a small kiss on my lips, he started taking off his shirt, "I missed all of you."
👽👽👽👽👽
I'm actually thinking of unpublishing this book. I started to notice how horrible my writing became (comparing with the first chapters)So I'll work on editing it and rewriting some chapters.
Anyways, how was your day lovelies?
