The sun peeked over hills, waking up the young traveler who had fallen asleep on the  hard floor.

Sweat stuck his blonde hair to his face as he wearily gathered the energy to push himself off the ground and onto his feet.

As he used a hand to block the sun's rays from his eyes, he looked off into the distance for any piece of evidence that might be there to say that he has neared his destination, but unfortunately there was nothing of that sort.

With a sigh, he got onto his knees and fondled around in his bag, pulling out a map, trying to pinpoint his location, and so he did.

He was in the Tarvarian Desert, the place where most people believed the Earth ended, but he believed otherwise.

He pushed the map into his bag and threw it over his shoulder, causing a large amount of dust to make itself known.

Frustrated, he continued to head forward, for he wasn't going to let his two months of travel go to waste.

The room was dark. The only things that were visible due to the little light that was allowed to enter, were the two chairs on both ends, as well as a table in the center.

The door burst open, allowing more light to enter the room as a lady, wearing a red and white uniform stepped in.

She took the sword that was buckled onto her side and placed it on the table. She then took off her hat, allowing her long, brown hair to fall to her back and let off a sigh, "For a Queen who expects us to always be on time she's always late," she said as she hung her hat on the wall.

"And for the commander of my army, you sure do lack a sense of observation," said a voice coming from the darkest area of the room.

The commander shut her eyes tightly together and slowly turned around to face her Queen, "I'm sorry your highness.. I didn't see you there," she chuckled nervously.

The Queen rolled her eyes and gave a light smile, "Anyways, I summoned you for a more important reason than small talk. I have something that I seriously need to discuss with you Roana."

Roana stood up straight and put on a stern face, "Go ahead my Queen."

The Queen took up one of the two wine glasses that was set on the table earlier and took a sip, her grey eyes glowing in delight, "Have a seat," she suggested and Roana did as she was told.

Taking one more sip and placing the glass on the table, she said, "Do you remember Gloria?"

"Yes I do. How could I forget her?" Roana asked.

The Queen slightly narrowed her eyes as she leaned in closer to the table, "She was spotted two days ago in Vecha."

Roana's eyes widened, "With all do respect your majesty, that's impossible. Gloria is dead. I killed her myself."

"Yes, I am aware of that. Oh how much joy it brought me to see you run your sword through my sister," the Queen took up her glass again and drank, "But how am I to be sure that you actually killed her. I mean, no one other than you was able to see the body until after it was burnt beyond recognition."

Roana took a sharp breath, trying as much as possible to avoid making eye contact with the Queen.

"No answer huh?" The Queen asked, spinning the cup in her hand.
