On the ride to Liz's house, Jacob spoke up.

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"I didn't tell anyone, Jacob..."

"You should've told me! I could've protected you!"

"No one could have helped me. I'm sorry I kept it from you. I thought Roc would tell you."

"Roc knew and I didn't?! I'm your boyfriend not him!"

"Stop yelling at me, Jacob! I told him because he understands."

"And I don't?!"

"I didn't say that."

"That's what you're implying."

"I'm not implying anything. Just drop it."

"Whatever, Marley."

"So you're mad at me, Jacob?" Marley asked, voice cracking.

"Of course not, Mi Amor. I'm just upset I wasn't the first to know.. There must've been something I could've done!"

When they arrived at Liz's house, Jacob walked over and opened the car door for her. As she stepped out he grabbed her hand.

"Only three more months crazy girl." He chuckled "Then you can move back home.... with me."

"I don't want to move back here, I want to move far far away. But I know you have family here, and I don't want you to just leave them.. And school!"

"Wherever you are, is where I'm tryna be. School, family, all of that, doesn't matter unless you're there to keep me happy."

"School is everywhere, but family is here and I don't want you to leave that."

"Marley, Marley, Marley.. I love you."

"I love you too, Jacob."

She smiled and stepped back walking towards Liz's front door.

"I'll see you tomorrow, our last free day and then I go back." She laughed trying not to sound upset..

"I have a surprise for you.. But it'll have to wait until tomorrow."

Jacob winked walking back to the drivers side opening the door.

She's going to love it— he thought to himself.

He stepped into the car, starting it and pulling off slowly, excited for tomorrow and the day he had planned for his future wife..
