Jasmine's POV

I laughed as Lin ran in circles, holding a daisy. Suddenly, a giant bee flew from the flower and headed towards me. I ran as fast as I could in the other direction but soon realized I was on a treadmill. The bee flew in front of me.

"Jas!" It said. "Jas! Jas! Jas!"

I woke up to see Ant sitting on the edge of my bed and looking over me.

"You're really hard the wake up Jas!" He laughed while standing up. "Get dressed. We're going out for breakfast." He skipped out of the room. I giggled at my friend.

Although I was still sad about Noah, it was hard to be in a bad mood for long around Anthony. I jumped out of bed and went to take a shower. After I was done, I threw on a Harry Potter t-shirt, some jeans, and a pair of converse. I didn't really feel like going out right now but decided not to ruin Ant's morning.

I took a step towards the door before black spots almost completely clouded my vision. Instinctively, I sat down on the floor. I was used to fainting due to my low blood pressure. My vision cleared, and I stood up and walked out of the room.

Ant was sitting on the couch in the living room, looking at his phone.

"You took SO long!" He said in a whinny voice, though he was grinning. His eyes crinkled in the cutest way possible. I rolled my eyes and walked to the kitchen, opening the fridge.

"No no no no." He took my hands in his and pulled me away from the fridge, kicking the door closed. I raised my eyebrow at him. "We're going out to breakfast, remember?" He pulled me outside and into a cab.

"Where're we going?" I asked curiously, turning in my seat to face him. He shrugged.

"You'll see." I half-glared, half-smiled at him.

"Come on!!!" I whined. I poked him in the shoulder repeatedly like a little child. "Tell me. Tell me. Tell me. Tell me. Tell me."

"No," he said in a tone laced with fake anger. I continued to annoy him, moving my pokes from his shoulder to his cheek to his nose. He crossed his eyes to watch my finger, smiling and blushing slightly.

"Where are we going?" I repeated over and over, "Where are we going? Where are we going? Where? Where? Where? Where? Where?" He knocked my hand away.

"You're so annoying," Anthony joked.

"You love me," I stated. His blush darkened.

We arrived at a nice little diner that I had never been to, but Anthony seemed to know very well. As soon as we walked in, he grabbed my hand and led me through the kitchen and into a small room that seemed to be a break room.

"What're we doing here?" I asked, laughing. He shushed me and dragged me through yet another door. The next room was kinda small, with only space for one small table and two chairs. "What's this?"

"I know you're going through a kinda hard time right now so I thought you might like a bit of privacy for breakfast, and I can't cook, like at all, so I brought you here and," He rambled, rubbing the back of his neck. "I know the owner so I got her to let us eat in here and-" I interrupted him by wrapping him in an embrace.

"Thanks, Ant," I whispered, tightening my hold on him. Butterflies fluttered rapidly in my stomach, but I ignored them, opting to instead focus on the moment I was sharing with my friend.

We split apart, sat down, and almost immediately started chatting about random shit.

Our food came after a while and we allowed the room to fall into a relatively comfortable silence. Thankfully, we went through the whole evening without any mention of Noah.
