6. Family Thias

Bailey is going with London to see her her grandmother. She offered to me, but I didn't want to go. Zack and I have some plans for dates and stuff.

Cody and I were sitting on the stools at the smoothie bar while Zack worked. Cody was filming himself on a video camera. "Hi Bailey, it's me, Cody. This is my missing you diary. Day 1, hour 1. I miss you...a lot." He said, and then Zack climbed on the counter and looked into the camera. "Bailey you're dating a loser!" He said, and got off again. Cody shut off the camera.

"Zack, now I'm going to have to rewind and re-shoot that!" Cody said, annoyed. "Oh then I did you a favor! Then Zack looked over. "Oh, I've got a customer. Get lost, Gossip Girl." He said, shoving Cody away.

He walked over. "The berry banana smoothie is out of this world. Just like her." Zack said, pointing at me. What a sweetheart. I blushed. The girl smiled. Then a girl appeared out of nowhere. "Hey Sasha, oh hi, I'm Hillary, some people call me Hill, or Larry, but I prefer Hillary." She said, shaking Zack's hand violently. Zack took his hand away.

"Right....so Sasha, where are you from?" Zack asked. "Chicago." She answered. "We both are. Well, technically she's from Highland Park, I'm from Oak Park." Hillary answered. She seems very attached to Sasha. "So is uh Highland Park far from Rigely Field?" I asked Sasha. "Well that all depends on traffic. But see if you drop on the L, and you take a left, and then you take a right-" Hillary started. "Would you excuse me for just one second?" Zack asked, with an over exaggerated smile on his face. He dropped down under the counter. I'd say he's screaming to himself.

But no, I saw him pop up behind Cody and scare the living daylights out of him. I turned to Hillary and Sasha. "Well, I'm Y/n and I'm from Kettlekorn." I said, introducing myself. "Nice to meet you. Maybe we should hang out later?" Sasha asked.

"Omg we totally should we can get ice-cream and go shopping and-" Hillary started but Sasha dragged her away. I laughed. She means well I'm sure. She's just excited.

I walked onto the Sky Deck and was waiting for Sasha and her friend. We were meeting up. "Hey beautiful" He said. I smiled. "Hey Zack." 

"As you know, tonight I'm working but I want to know if tomorrow you'd like to go to dinner? They're serving thai food at the buffet." Zack asked. I was about to answer but then someone stopped me. "We'd love to!" I turned around and Hillary was there, standing with Sasha who had an apologetic smile on her face. 

"Will Cody be there too?" She asked with a smile on her face. What? Does she like Cody?

"He will now!" Zack said, and I looked at him weirdly. O..kay. "Sasha you can come too." Zack added, and I think it was because Hillary was going and she's quite clingy. Poor Sasha. 

They walked away.

Zack grabbed my hand and ran over to Cody. "Hey dude." He said, and something flew out of Cody's hand. It landed on a man who was sunbathing nearby. He started drying himself after giving Cody a thumbs up. "Eugh, he's drying his back hair with Bailey." He said. "Huh?" I asked, really confused. "Sorry sweetie." Cody said sheepishly and then turned the camera off. Awe.

"Dude, I need you to come on a double date with Sasha and Hillary. Y/n's coming too."

"Dude, you can only tape over these things so many times before it affects the resolution. I'm not going on your date."

"Alright, I didn't wanna have to play this card but, you cannot say no to being a wing man it's in the guy rule book."

"There's no guy rule book." Cody said, scoffing. "Ha! But there is. It's called the guyble." Zack said. I rolled my eyes. He just combined the words guy and bible. "Nice try." Cody said, resting his hand on his brothers shoulders and then heading to walk away. "Don't make me call the guythorities." Zack called after him.
