Chapter 12

Ok the only aquarium I've ever been too was in Texas. So how I describe the one in this chapter is what I saw there. I've never been to the London one but based on pictures I can tell they're not too much alike 🤷🏽‍♀️😂😬
Eden's POV

I've been awake for a couple hours now, Fionn is still passed out. I guess if I had a nightmare I would still be sleeping too. He never did tell me about it though. He just held me close to him the rest of the night.

What I can't seem to get over, is right before he fell asleep when he told me to never leave him. I wonder why he said that and what made him think it.

"Fionn?" I say slightly shaking him

"Mhm..." he says he putting his face down into the pillow

"Will you wake up?"

"No." He responds putting the pillow over his head

"You're going to sleep the whole day away." I say removing the pillow from his head.

I lean down and place a kiss on his cheek. He groans turning away from me. I can tell he's joking from the small smile that is on his face. I lay on top of his side causing him to turn over, so I'm straddling his waist.

His beautiful green eyes are looking up at me causing me to smile

"What...?" He asks awkwardly

"Nothing," I say pressing a kiss to his lips "you just make me so happy."

"Aw babe you make me happy too." He says,

My phone is ringing next to us, I pick it up and see that's it's Halee. I frown and answer it.

"Hello?"

"Hey best friend, what are you doing?"

"Nothing just sitting with Fionn."

"Hmm speaking of Fionn, is he in a good mood by any chance?"

"Uh I guess...why" I ask very confused

"Well, Connor asked me out but on a double date with you and Fionn tonight."

"Oh why and to do what."

"Not sure why but I think he said to the aquarium."

"Oh that could be fun. Let me talk to Fionn and I'll get back to you."

She says okay and we hang up. I look back at Fionn and he is looking at me waiting for me to continue.

"Do you have class tonight?"

"Yeah, technically but I can miss if you'd like, why?"

"Don't shut me down just yet." I say causing him to nod. "Halee said that Connor invited us on a double with them to the aquarium."

"With Connor?" He says, you can imagine his nose scrunched up when he said that.

"Yes, but we don't have to go, because you have class." I say and he stares at me for a while before answering

"We can go, I can miss class tonight."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes tell Halee now so I don't change my mind."

Me: H, We're in

Halee: Cool! Should we carpool or keep those two away from each other as much as possible?

Me: away from each other...😜
