As I was explaining you will be inserted behind enemy lines via drop pods. Then you will move up the hillsides and cross the river. Eliminate all enemy opposition, and get in position. Once you have cleared the area your new team member will plant a havoc tactical nuke. Essentially eliminating all covenant threats. Complete the mission and get back safely.
Oh and one last thing, ONI wants to have all your encounters recorded for further analyzing. You will be also assisting the Spartan Red Team on their objectives once you finish yours.
