I slowly blink my eyes as the sunlight filters down onto my face, the dust particles wafting through the air float past my eyes. I move slightly and hear things falling to the ground. With a furrowed brow I push myself onto my arms, wincing at the pain lancing through my side and see...garlic. There's a bunch of garlic cloves scattered over my body, rolling off of me as I move and tumbling to the floor, where another ring of them lie.
Did I get picked up by a cult.
I shake my head, trying to disperse the fog from my brain as my eyes rove about the room. Other than the weird garlic thing, it seems like a normal place. Some dirty clothes lying about on the floor and a few empty pop cans adorning the coffee table makes it seem like guys are living here. I go to move and the couch emits a slow creaking noise, I freeze, my ears twitching around to catch any movement. Sure enough, I pick up on someone rolling out of bed, their socked feet hitting the floor and padding my way. My heart races, I scramble around for a weapon of some sort but my jacket has been hung up in another room. A man I don't recognize comes into the room, rubbing his eyes with the back of his hand while wandering over.
"You good?"
He says, white hair practically glowing in the morning sun as he yawns, stretching his arms up above his head which causes his shirt to ride up as well.
"Where am I?"
I reply, holding down the cough that wants to burst forth from my lungs. I glare at him, my odd colored eyes boring into his half lidded ones. He blinks a few more times before speaking.
"Remember Hoseok? The guy who found you in the alley? Yeah well, we all live here together and brought you back home when you passed out in his arms. Tae is the one who saw you in the first place. But I don't think you'll remember him."
My mind struggles to remember the events of last night, but they've already faded to distant memories, like fog on the sea.
"Why the fuck is there garlic everywhere?"
The strange man says, annoyance lacing his words as he tries not to step on another clove. A few more pieces roll off of me as I shift once again, and he rolls his eyes.
"Taehyung probably did that, sorry."
And he falls asleep on the second couch in the room, his arm flying over his face to block out the morning sun and small puffs of breath making his chest slowly rise and fall. I can faintly hear his heartbeat from here, and the steady rhythm soon lulls me back into a blissful sleep.

"I told you the garlic would work!"
I whisper to Jungkook, both of us peering around the door way of our room at the girl. Yoongi has fallen asleep on the opposite couch, and I know that my decisive action saved his life.
"Tae I think she's waking up..."
Jungkook mutters, fear tainting his voice as he grips onto the bottom hem of my sweater. She rolls over onto her other side, and starts to cough quietly, sitting up and leaning on the arm of the couch as she coughs into her hand. Her body shakes and when she pulls her hand away from her face, drips of blood spatter her skin.
"Are you okay!?"
I say, running over to her and taking her hand in mine, she gasps and I take a step back, run I over to the kitchen to get a cloth. I get back and wipe the blood off of her hand and face, her grey eyes watching my every move. When she speaks her voice is barely a rasp, but I can tell she must have a beautiful voice.
"Why is there garlic everywhere?"
Umm...
