I had arrived at her boat that day with a nervous feeling in my stomach. I went inside and saw that she had a new model of my legs lying on the floor next to her couch. I watched her as she twiddled with some of her tools. Finally she picked up the leg and walked over to me to start putting it on.

Oh my gods she actually accepted! I couldn't hold back the blush i had on my face I was so happy with this i didn't even notice when she finished putting the legs on me so that I could hurry home and change into something else.
At 30 till noon I headed towards the waterfront. As I was walking out the front door I bump into Jorali and Max.
"Hey sis, watcha doing?" Jorali questioned in her little playful voice. The one she uses to play with and tease me.
"Nothing I'm just heading to the water front to meet up with Diana. We're going to test out my new legs," I responded as I lifted my leg to show her.
"I knew that already. It just so happens that Diana called telling me that you invited her one a date," she said playfully.
"Oh," I responded blushing.
"Well anyway, we were looking for you. Max's brother is having a party at his place and we were thinking about inviting you,"
"Oh alright I guess I'll talk to Diana about it. I'll text you guys about it, aight?"
"Yea see ya later then. And don't mess this up ok sis?"
"Shut up," I laughed.
On my way to the waterfront I got nervous. I mean I was actually headed to a date with Diana. I had actually gone ahead and asked her on a date and she said yes. Which means that she too had feelings for me...
Before I realized where I was I heard her soft voice behind me.
"Hey, you..." she started.
I turned around and smiled.
"Hey"
"So I was think we keep this casual and just go for an ice cream," she continued.
"Oh.. um... ok. Yeah that sounds great."

We were walking down the waterfront when I remembered the party that Jorali and Max had invited us to.
"Hey, so Jorali and Max invited us to a party that Max's brother is going to have and I was hoping we could go," I said.
"Um..."
She stood there for a while apparently contemplating her response.
" Yeah sure why not. In spirit of your new legs, let's go out."
"Alright. I'll text Jorali and tell her that we're going,"
And with that we spent the rest of the afternoon walking down the street enjoying thinking of what could be.
