Happy Friday!! So close to the weekend OMG.

Your POV

I have a love/hate realationship with sick days. The love is where I can focus on relaxing and not worrying about other things like work. The hate part is knowing that I'm missing time to hang out with Nate and my other friends. Today is one of those days of hate.

I'm laying on the couch in the living room, computer on the side table and my phone on my stomach. And how could I forget Rylo laying down at my feet.

"Alright, Y/N, I'm headed out," my boyfriend, Nate, called out from the entryway. He was currently putting on his tennis shoes. "I wish you could come."

"Me too, but I don't want to get our friends sick" I replied. "I've been sick for almost a week though. If I can get enough rest, I'll probably be better by tomorrow. So don't worry about me."

"You're right," Nate said and walked over to me and kissed my forehead. "Damn, you're hot."

"Uh..."

"I meant fever hot, but you are hot in other ways...when you're not sick."

Nate was blushing like crazy and I laughed, but ended up breaking into a coughing storm. I took a drink and relaxed and saw Nate with a worried expression on his face.

"Hey, hey, I'm fine," I assured him. "Now go. You don't want Hunter to worry. Bye."

"If you say so," Nate sighed. "I love you."

"I love you, too."

Nate smiled and opened the door and left. I smiled and heard his car start up and watched him drive away until he was no longer in sight. Now, that is was quiet, I closed my eyes and took a nap.

By the time I woke up it was 4:30 p.m. and I was feeling a little less congested. I opened my computer and logged in to YouTube to watch some videos. Nate's videos.

First, I listened to his new cover of "This is Gospel" by Panic! At The Disco. Then I watched the GTLIVE stream that he did back in 2015. Finally, I watched his game play videos.

I started with the live stream of Mario Kart 8 with Matthias then went to his Huniepop playlist and watched those. That was my favorite.

"She's a love fairy. Of course she's a love fairy!! What else would she be?......what exactly is a love fairy."

I was so caught up in watching his videos that I didn't even hear the door open. But I did feel breathing on my neck.

"Hey beautiful," the voice that sounded like Nate's but deeper. "Whatca doing?"

I turned around to see Nate crouched down next to me, watching my screen. I jumped and quickly shut my laptop.

"Oh, uh, hey...Nate," I smiled. "I didn't hear you come in."

"Are you watching my videos?"

"What? No!! That's crazy talk!!! Why would I do that??...okay maybe."

"I think that's adorable." Nate kissed my forehead again and smiled. "No more fever."

"Awesome."
