I lost a part of me
Go tell your friends
I've lost all hope for
Everything.
Wondering in an endless sea.
I have a ticking bomb
Ready to Ignite
Strike a match and Attach my heart
Fire away at the sound of my tears streaming down my face.
I look at how the lies await
Taking ahold of my soul you
Left waiting, waiting so patiently.
Kill the smile that I wore on my face a mask for the Haze that seemed to take over the place, and lose a sense of shine in my way. I lost you, to feelings that I held so deep. I can't explain the pain you raised and dropped the weight of everything. You erased my name off your face a mark I made when I took your name and held it close and wove it on my heart from the start. You became a distant memory, like your status to me "acquaintance" is what I see not a friend anymore, soon we became strangers yet to meet, the weight was held back by the wall I built around me, not letting my monsters return to me, but somehow they seemed to flee to me, through the wall and ghost like dreams moving right inside of me, knowing every raw emotion I left upon my sleeve. Good day, I say to thee, I'll take the memories we made like sunshine after the rain.
