Zalien Abduction

       "Good morning Lima Bean," Zayn greets with a bright cheery smile.
        The first thing Liam sees when he opens his eyes is A Zayn staring down intently at him, way to close up in his personal space. After them being together for so long, you would think Liam would be used to things like this. But he's not.
"Zaaaayn...." Liam groans tiredly, covering his face with the blanket.
       "Yes my handsome boy?" Zayn grins, playing with a loose strand of Liam's hair.
      "Don't you ever sleep?" Liam mutters frustratedly.
      "I got like 15 minutes I'm fine," Zayn shrugs with a smile, seeming way to excited for it being so early in the morning.
        Liam groans again and rolls out of bed just before the alarm went off.
"Have a good day at work babe," Zayn tells him with an unusually wide, suspicious smile.
"Thanks babe....?" Liam trails off, trying to figure out what was going on and the wide smile on Zayn's face was kinda freaking him out.

Later that day, when Liam gets home from work he finds the house completely dark. The front door was unlocked but not a single light was on in the house which made Liam a little nervous.
Something didn't quite seem right....
"Zaynie....? You home baby?" Liam asks, his voice echoing creepily though the house. Not even Watson was there to greet him; now Liam was REALY getting nervous.
He walks inside and just as he slips his first shoe off, a light turns on and he jumps in fear.

"SURPRISE!!!"

Liam presses a hand to his chest and stares wide eyed at a crowd of some of his best friends, some that he hadn't even seen in years, standing around in his living room.
"What are you people doing in my house???" Liam questions with an embarrassed laugh, a grin growing on his face and they all laugh at him.
"Happy birthday Lima bean!!" Zayn says excitedly with a big happy smile on his face after he pushed through the crowd to the front.
"You remembered??" Liam asks, clearly shocked. The only time he mentioned his birthday was on Zayn's first-year-as-a-human birthday and Liam was touched that Zayn would remember something so insignificant.
"Of course I remembered! It's a special day!" Zayn tells Liam and Liam rests his hands on Zayn's forearms.
       "Zaynie you did this all for me?" Liam asks with a smile as he looks at Zayn.
       "Yeah Liam," Zayn smiles and Liam laughs quietly as Zayn wraps his arms around Liam pulling him closer.
       "I love you so much," he tells Liam before kissing him. Liam smiles and kisses back, wrapping his arms around Zayn's neck and getting lost in him.
      "Alright ALRIGHT! Get a room you two!!" Louis yells, interrupting them.
       "We didn't come to this party to watch you two make out!" Louis adds and Liam laughs, pulling away from Zayn.
      "I'm not done with you yet, birthday boy," Zayn mutters into Liam's ear and Liam giggles, glancing back at Zayn. He can't help but grin and bite his lip in anticipation as he watches Zayn walk away to the kitchen.
      Liam smiles and looks around. Zayn can wait for later. Liam hadn't had a birthday party in years and he was going to enjoy it.
"Hey Zayn, this is a killer party," Niall comments as he munches on a whole bag of Doritos and Zayn smiles.
"And Liam didn't even see it coming he almost peed his pants he was so shocked," Niall laughs.
"And Look! Even Watson's enjoying it! He's got a little party hat," Niall laughs and Zayn grins as Watson barks happily next to him.
"Here you go boy," Niall says as he holds a Dorito out and Watson immediately eats it and Zayn laughs as Watson stares up at him, wide eyed, begging for another chip.
       "No. You can't have any more these are mine!" Niall tells Watson who slinks away in defeat and Zayn laughs in amusement.
       "Alright I'm gonna go find Liam," Zayn shares and leaves Niall to the food. He looks out a window and finds Liam standing in the bCk yard, talking to somebody. Somebody Zayn didn't even know. Zayn narrows his eyes curiously and walks outside to stand next to Liam.
      "Who's this?" Zayn asks curiously as he closely examines the cute little man standing with Liam.
      "Oh, this is Zedd. We were best friends growing up," Liam explains with a smile.
       "Zedd??" Zayn questions.
        "It's my nickname. I don't even think Liam knows my real name, the fuckin idiot," zedd says with a playful smile and Liam laughs, resting his hand on Zedd's shoulder, and they laugh at each other.
      "Liam is not an idiot," Zayn points out.
     "He's brain dead," Zedd corrects and he and Liam laugh again.
      Zayn narrows his eyes and steps closer to Liam, resting his hand protectively on the small of his back, pulling him closer.
     Liam glances over his shoulder and looks at Zayn with surprise, as if he had just noticed he was standing there.
     "Oh! I forgot! Zedd, This is Zayn," Liam introduces  and Zayn watches Zedd slowly look him over from head to toe before plastering A very uncomfortably fake smile on his face.
"Hi Zayn it's nice to meet you," Zedd says.
       "Liam is my boyfriend," Zayn informs him seriously as he stares Zedd down and Liam laughs.
       "Aw you two are together?" Zedd asks, looking Zayn over again.
"Yeah," Liam confirms and Zayn smiles proudly. "Anyway-" Liam adds before continuing in their conversation before Zayn showed up and interrupted.
Zayn stands completely confused as Liam goes back to talking, totally forgetting that  Zayn was even standing there and Zayn just watches them unhappily.
Liam eventually throws his arm around Zedd, their sides touching, as they laugh about some inside joke that wasn't funny at all to Zayn.
Without even looking at him, They walk back inside together and Zayn just stands with an open mouth, shocked stare of disbelief.
     With a sigh Zayn goes back inside to the party. At least he knew Harry would hang out with him.....

     At the end of the day, when the party was over and everyone had gone home, Liam finds Zayn sitting in the kitchen at the table. 
     "Hi baby," Liam greets.
      "Hey sunshine," Zayn replies with a smile as Liam smiles his smile that lights up the room.
      "I had so much fun today," Liam comments.
      "Me too. I ate like 5 pieces of cake," Zayn reminisces and Liam laughs.
      "So what? I had 10 pieces," Liam brags playfully with his nose in the air.
      "Fat ass," Zayn mutters under his breath with a jagged smirk and Liam gasps.
       "You're lucky I'm not closer to you otherwise I'd slap the shit out of you," Liam threatens and Zayn laughs and Liam can't hold his happy smile back any longer.
      "And besides. You love my fat ass," Liam reminds Zayn sassily.
     "Mmmm.... I do," Zayn nods slowly, the biggest grin growing on his face and Liam laughs.
      "But really though, Thank you so much for everything baby. This was by far one of the best birthdays I can remember," Liam says, smiling even bigger.
     "Hey Liam your birthdays not done yet," Zayn reminds Liam with a grin.
       "Oh god.... now what do you have in store for me?" Liam asks, lifting an eyebrow. Zayn stands and smirks at him.
       "Oh god," Liam mutters, grinning as Zayn slowly walks closer to him.
       "Liam I got you zomething ," Zayn shares.
       "Awww Zayn that's so sweet but you really didn't have to-" Liam starts but is interrupted by Zayn shoving a small box into his hand.
        "Open it," Zayn orders as he steps back and watches Liam carefully.
        Liam glances up to see the biggest, most precious smile ever on Zayn's face. A smile that even reached up to his eyes and made his eyes all crinklyAs he scrunched up His nose in that signature Zayn smile that was absolutely heart-melting.
      "Why aren't you opening it??" Zayn questions, his smile disappearing and eyebrows drawing close together in concern.
      "Because I'm scared!" Liam admits with a giggle and Zayn grins.
      "Why the hell are you zcared?" Zayn asks.
        "Because. I don't know what's in this," Liam explains.
      "That's why you need to open it dummy," Zayn tells him sassily and Liam giggles, his curiosity winning him over.
     Finally, Liam opens the box and his heart stops. Peeking out at him was a thing, gold Cartier bracelet and Liam can't believe his eyes.
Liam gasps, his eyes widening as he picks up the little bracelet, speechless.
      "Zayn...." he trails off, looking up at Zayn with a dumbfounded look.
      "Zayn How did you...... Zayn this is expensive!" Liam comments, still shocked and Zayn shrugs, grinning modestly.
      "My Liam deserves the very best," Zayn explains as he takes the bracelet from Liam
and gently lifts his hand up to slip the golden band around his wrist, locking it into place with a small key. Zayn slips the key over his head, letting it dangle from his neck, resting right above his heart.
        "There. Now everyone will know that you are my Liam," Zayn explains and he glances up to see Liam staring at him, a warm glow in his chocolate eyes.
"Zayn you're too cute," Liam comments fondly and Zayn shakes his head.
"This is zerious Liam. 100%," Zayn states.
        "You're such a dork," Liam states but can't possibly hide his smile as he pulls Zayn in for a hug.
        "I love you so much,"  Liam comments into Zayn's shoulder and Zayn smiles, just hugging his Liam tightly.
      "Liam..... are you zeriously crying?" Zayn asks flatly and Liam laughs.
       "Shut up!!" Liam laughs and Zayn grins.
       "Who's the dork now??" Zayn challenges.
       "Still you," Liam tells him, the biggest smile on his face and Zayn shrugs.
      "Yeah you're probably right," Zayn agrees, showing that signature Zayn smile again.

This chapter doesn't really fit in with the rest of the story, but it needed to be done.

I'll probably move it around later if I ever publish more but this story is kinda dead.....

I might have a way to bring it back to life but I don't think Anyone really cares so.....

I don't know I guess we'll see what happens
