"You really thought you would just pull out a little red box, and I would fall into your arms? You thought you meant enough to me that I'd just marry you without blinking an eye?! You thought I'd just love you unconditionally, and even carry a little rock around my finger to prove I'm taken. You honestly thought that, Tony?" She asked, sounding very irritated and angry.

Tony eyes sank to his nose, and he fiddled with the box he held in his hand. His heart began to hurt. As if he hadn't been through enough that day, almost losing his best friend, all of it being his fault, and he was about to be declined a marriage proposal. What the fuck? He did everything to be the best he could for his family, friends, and significant other. His mind began drifting places it'd never been before. "I've lost everything." Tony thought, his eyes began to sting with tears. He tried to blink them away, but they kept stinging at his eyes. His thoughts were a dangerous place to be and he didn't know that he could contain them. They always got the best of them, like before the show where he landed on top of Jenna, but that's how they met.

He hadn't been too sorry for those ones because, well, Jenna was the gravity in his universe , and the oxygen in his body. He didn't know what he was going to do from this point on.

"Because if that's really what you thought,Tony, that I'd just accept your proposal without even batting an eyelash, that I'd make such an enormous and important decision so quickly without any thought," she continued. Her face went from serious to an innocent-puppy dog face.

"if that's what you thought, then you were absolutely correct." She beamed, wrapping her arms around Tony's shoulders, kissing his cheeks, even through the tears that dampened his face.

"W-what?" Tony stammered, "you're saying yes?" He asked, confused but relieved he wasn't losing the one he loved the most.

"Now, tell me, why would I ever do that?" She smirked, sliding the beautiful ring onto her ring finger, "oh my God. I've never seen anything more beautiful than this ring." She smiled wide, lighting up like a child on Christmas morning.

Tony's eyes dropped, he began smiling at the ground. "I have." He laughed, still fiddling with the little box, twisting it between his fingers.

"you've what?" She asked, not taking her eyes of the ring for even a moment.

"I've seen something more beautiful than that ring, I get to fall asleep and wake up next to her everyday. I get to make dinner with her. I get to lay on the couch with her and watch late night action movie marathons. I get to complain about going shopping with her, until we actually get there and I see her try on some of the most hideous things I've ever seen. Yet, they still look incredible on her simply because it's her. I love her. And soon she'll be my wife." Tony smiled, his eyes got wide.
