Daydream
I'm stuck in a daydream
Trying to not scream
My head's in disarray
My heart's dead with dismay.Oh daydream!
It's all made from cream
Only the happiest thoughts lingers
Exuberance's wrapped around my fingers. The tickling of the clock
The time passed never shocked
For in this daydream I found comfort
Never wasted time for this is my cohort. In my own little world
Poignance has no place to hold
Only rhapdody and cloud nine
Because in reality they were never mine.Just trying to fool myself
For I entrapped my truth in a shelf
The actuality of life is frightening
So in daydream I created an ideal happenings. My soul's been yearning to find
The similar wonders in my mind
But it's always been a hopeless case
Because this daydream is just a maze.-sdjm
