I walked out of the house I really wasn't in the mood to talk to Ariana because she's already mad at me for not wanting to propose she understands but I just don't know if I'm ready for marriage.

I got in the car and started the car and pled out of the driveway and driving towards the mall were I was going to meet Jake.

Ten minutes later I pulled into the mall parking lot parking my car and walk in into the mall to see jake.

I saw him sitting down at the food court drinking some drink I decided to sit next to him he smiled and put his phone down on the table.

" Hey Mac what up man " he said.

" Hey I need to talk to you " I said nervously.

" alright what's up? " Jake asked.

" Ariana's mad at me because I don't want to propose to her I don't know if I'm ready we have been together for two years I think I'm ready but I don't know " I said sighing.

Jake stared at me blankly I could tell he was trying to think if a idea to help with this situation with Ariana and I.

" Ok well why don't you want to propose " Jake asked.

" Well because if were married she's gonna wanna have kids and we won't be able to do the stuff we do now get drunk have sex and party you know what I mean right " I said.

" well here's the thing I don't think she's gonna want kids right away Mac so I don't see why you propose to her and get it over with "  Jake said.

" I guess your right it will be a while and if we do get married we could still do the stuff we do. " I said I think I knew I was making the right choice.

" Well what are we waiting for there's a jewelers place down their let's go get You a ring for Ariana " Jake said.

" Alright " I said we both got up and walked to the jewelers place it was crazy expensive but I had the money I picked the perfect ring and engraved Ariana + Mac = Forever  into he ring I layed for it and stuck the book with the ring in it and slid it in my pocket so Ariana wouldn't notice.

I said goodbye to Jake and got in m car and happily drive home once I made it home I walked in happily and Ariana was at the same place I saw her last on the couch watching TV.

" Hey Baby " I said sitting next to her.

" Hey " she said laying her head on my shoulder.

" Are you still mad at me " I asked nervously.

" No i just want you in my life forever Me and you against the world " She said softly.

" what time is it? " I asked.

" I think four o clock " she said.

" Ok well I'm gonna order take out from your favorite restaurant " I said smiling.

" Ohh Venchis " she said.

" Yup " I said smiling grabbing my phone.

I dialed the number and a man with a Low voice answered.

" Hi could I have takeout today please " I asked.

" yes what would you like? " The man asked.

" Your king buffet please " I said.

" Ok your estimated delivery will be about five thirty and your total will cost five hundred dollars" the man said.

" Ok thank you bye " I said I hung up the phone and Ariana's mouth dropped she was shocked.

" you spent five hundred dollars on both of us " she said shockingly.

" ya why? " I said.

" nothing " she said.

" oh by the way wear something nice its a date " I said Smiling.

Ariana smiled back and nodded her head this will be a perfect day  to propose.
