When we arrived to the doctors office I was worried as hell what could possibly be going on with me I know this happens to pregnant women all the time but not everyday.

We walked into the plain doctors office everyone sitting in chairs on their phones or reading magazines or doing something.

We registered ourselves for a appointment and waited for about ten minutes before we went in.

Mac was sitting there tapping his foot at a fast pace he looked nervous like he didn't know what was going to happen.

I grabbed his hand and squeezed his hand he looked at me and I gave him a smile that said everything will be ok.

The nurse came out of a room and had a clipboard in her hand and looked at Mac and I .

" Ariana and Mac? " she said to us.

" yes? " Mac said.

" come with me " the lady said gesturing us to follow her into the room.

We stood up and followed her into a room I sat down on the bed and Mac sat down on a chair.

" so what's the issue Ariana? " the nurse asked me.

" well I've been nauseous and throwing up and I don't know what's wrong I know I'm pregnant already but its happening every minute of the day" I said playing with the case on my phone.

" oh I see " the lady said writing down a few words on her clipboard.

" Ok well we will give you a ultrasound and I'll tell you what's been going on " she said grabbing the jelly stuff to put on my belly and getting the ultrasound monitor ready.

she turned off the lights and put the jelly on me and grabbed a tool and layed it upon my stomach.

" Ok I know you can't see the baby's forming yet that's because they are still eggs " she said pointing at the screen.

" w-wait did you s-say baby's! " Mac said stuttering.

" oh ya your having twins congratulations! " the nurse said.

My mouth dropped and I had a huge grin on my face I could tell Mac wasn't so happy he showed a small smile.

" oh Mac baby this is exciting twins " I said grabbing his hand squeezing it.

" yup twins " he said mumbling.

" well any ways that's just your issue the double the more sick you get so take this medication and it should help your sickness stop and always eat healthy foods its for the best for your twins " she said handing me a bag of medication.

" thank you mam have a good day " in said climbing off the bed and leaving the room with Mac.

" Mac I know your not so excited but trust me babe we'll be okay it will be a good experience for us both " I said giving him a hug.

" I know " he said hugging me back.

" everything will be alright " I said Latin my head on his shoulder.
