Madison turned around and kissed Iain. Iain kissed back passionately and put his hand down Madison's trousers just as the door opened. "What the?"
Now;

Iain and Madison pulled away to see Jez standing there. He looked mad. "Jez, this isn't," Madison began.
"Save it. I knew something was going on between you and someone from this place," Jez said.
Madison scoffed. "I'm nineteen Jeremy. I make my own choices."

Madison walked off. Iain followed. "Iain, she's my sister man."
"Can't help feelings," Iain said.
Jez scoffed and walked off. He didn't reply.

Iain sighed and caught up with Madison.
"He hates me," Madison sobbed.
"No he doesn't. He loves you. It's me he hates right now."
Madison was engulfed in Iain's arms as she cried.

Jez was sitting in the staffroom annoyed. Roxy came in.
"Hi," she said.
Jez smiled. "Hey."
Roxy sat down. "I'm guessing you found out about Madi and Iain?" She asked.
Jez frowned. "You knew too?"

Madison and Iain sat in the ambulance together. "If you want to call time on us, then we can."
Madison shook her head. "No. I don't want that. No chance."
Iain smiled and nodded. "Good. I'm not letting you go. The sex is too good," he said.
Madison laughed and cuddled into him. Iain held her tightly and kissed her cheek.
"No one is ever going to hurt you," Iain said.

Jez started to shout at Roxy. David ran in.
"Just because you don't like who your sister is with doesn't mean you shout at their friend," David said. He took Roxy away.

Jez stormed off to find Madison. He wasn't having her with his boss. Madison stood outside. Jez walked over. "What?"
"You're not dating Iain. No way."
"You're not my father," Madison spat.

Iain heard Madison and Jez rowing. He ran over. "Leave her alone."
"This isn't right! It's not happening!"

Madison scoffed. She glared. "You don't have no right to tell me who I can and cannot date. You don't own me," she spat.
Iain wrapped his arms around Madison.
"We're a couple. Get over it," Iain spat. He took Madison's hand and they walked inside. Jez ran after them.
"This isn't happening!" Jez yelled.
Madison stormed over to him. "Well our parents weren't exactly happy about you being bisexual but I supported you. Why can't you support me?"

Madison walked off with Iain. Jez stood there. He knew that Madison was right in what she said.
Iain looked at Madison. "Tonight we'll go out if you want?"
"Yeah. I'd like that."
"Good. Wear your sexiest dress. You know the short, black revealing," he teased.

Madison walked into the ED. Iain and Jez had gone on a callout. Madison sat down at reception and sighed.
Roxy came over.
"He isn't happy," Madison said.
"I know. But we all support you," Roxy said. Madison smiled and hugged Roxy.

The girls went to the staffroom. Roxy made Madison a cup of tea.
"Any biscuits?" Madison asked. Roxy smiled.
"Iain's ones are here."
"Brilliant," Madison replied with a laugh.
Madison took the biscuits. The girls sat together. "So, how's the baby making?" Roxy asked.
Madison smiled. "It's going good. Nothing has happened but we're still trying."

Things were extremely tense between Iain and Jez. Iain didn't know how to react in the situation. "Do you love her?" Jez asked.
Iain smiled. "I really do Jez. She's amazing."
Jez nodded but said nothing else.

Madison and Roxy sat doing reception. Iain and Jez came in. Jez smiled over at Madison.
"Looks like he's got over himself," Roxy said. Madison shrugged.
"Who knows."

Iain and Jez walked over to the girls. Jez looked at Madison. "Don't let him hurt you. If he does, I'll send mum after him with her slipper," he said.
Madison giggled and hugged Jez. "Thank you."

*Four Months Later*

Madison sat on the bed. She held the pregnancy test. "Don't you dare be positive. I'm not ready yet," she mumbled.
She turned the test over and cried. It was positive. Madison didn't know what to do.

She put the test on the bed. Iain came in.
"Babe what's wrong?" Iain asked. Madison handed him the test.
"I'm sorry."

She went to the bathroom. Iain followed.
"What are you sorry for?" Iain asked.
"Being pregnant."
Iain laughed. "I thought we wanted it," he said.
Madison pouted. "I'm going to get fat," she mumbled.
"Yeah. But you're having my baby."

Madison went into the living room. She sat down on the sofa. "I'm scared," she admitted.
Iain sat with her and held her tightly.
"You'll be brilliant," Iain said.
Madison smiled. "You'll support me?"
"Of course."

Iain made Madison her favourite breakfast. She smiled and sat at the kitchen table.
"I'm not allowed coffee anymore," Madison mumbled. She burst out crying. Iain chuckled and held her.
"We'll find a substitute."
"Coffee is the best though," she sobbed.
"I know babe."
Madison cuddled into him. Iain gave her the bacon sandwhich she wanted.

When they'd eaten, Madison went to get dressed. She didn't know what to wear. She saw a nice white summer dress and her heels.

Madison put her hands on her stomach. She felt something move. "My baby," she mumbled.
"It's going to be beautiful," Iain said. Madison smiled and kissed him.
"Thanks baby."

Madison and Iain made out. Iain smiled.
"Lets go to the ED," he said. Madison nodded.

They made their way to the ED. They wanted to tell Roxy and Jez before anyone else knew.
Madison got a little anxious to tell Jez and Roxy. She didn't know how they'd react.

They arrived at the ED. Iain helped Madison out the car. "I'm not fat yet," she joked.
Iain laughed. "Well I'm helping my babe out."
"Too cute," Madison said. Iain smiled. They walked into the ED. Jez and Roxy were talking.

Madison and Iain walked over.
"Can we talk to you two in private?" Iain asked.
Madison smiled at Roxy and linked arms with her. They walked to the paramedic station.

Roxy and Jez sat on one sofa while Madison and Iain sat on the other. "What's wrong?" Roxy asked.
Madison didn't know what to see. Iain looked at them. "Madi's pregnant."

Jez and Roxy were both shocked. They didn't know what to say. "How far along?" Jez asked.
"Three months."

Madison stood up and walked out. She didn't know how she truly felt about being pregnant. Jez went after her. He smiled as Madison looked at him.
"You're going to be an amazing mummy," Jez said.

Madison sighed.
"I don't know," she mumbled and sobbed. Jez held her tightly.
"I'm going to help you and so is Roxy," Jez said.
Madison cuddled into him. "Do you promise not to leave me?"
Jez nodded. "I do promise. I'll never leave you. You're my kid sister."
Madison grinned and hugged him. "You're the best."

Iain came out and smiled. "Everything alright?" He asked.
Madison nodded. "Yeah. Baby has Uncle Jez," she said.
"Baby has Auntie Roxy too," Iain said. He hugged and kissed Madison. Jez smiled.
"Yeah I don't want to see that. I'll be somewhere else," Jez said and walked off. Madison and Iain laughed.

Madison and Iain wanted to tell the whole ED about their news now that Jez and Roxy knew. They went to the staffroom as Connie began the meeting. She smiled at Madison and Iain.

"It seems there's a new baby on the way," she said.
Madison grinned a little. Robyn smiled. "You?"
"Yeah. Me and Iain," she said.

When briefing was finished, Madison went out to reception. Noel smiled. "Congratulations," he said.
Madison grinned. "Thank you."
"Want to help out today?" Noel asked.
"Of course."

Madison and Noel began to work and sign patients in. Roxy came over with a bag of stuff.
"This is for you and Iain," Roxy said. Madison opened the bag and smiled at all the baby stuff.
"You shouldn't have. Thank you so much," Madison said. She hugged Roxy tightly.

On the break, Madison went to the paramedic station. She smiled at Iain.
"Hey baby," Madison said.
Iain smiled. "Hello gorgeous babe."
"Roxy gave me the cutest stuff for the baby."
Iain laughed.

Madison and Iain were sitting in the ambulance. "We're getting the baby a mini paramedic outfit," he said.
"Cute!"
Iain smiled and kissed her. Madison kissed him back.
"I love you Madison," Iain said. Madison smiled.
"Love you too."

Madison and Iain cuddled up in the ambulance. Iain smirked.
"Is it okay to have sex with the baby in there?" Iain asked.
Madison smirked. "I guess so. Why do you ask?"
Iain laughed. "Well I can't go nine months without sex. I doubt you can," he said.
"It's actually six months."

Iain rolled his eyes. "Still, It's however long."
Madison cuddled into him. "We'll do okay won't we? With our baby."
"Of course we will," Iain said. Madison smiled and nodded.
"I want to go shopping," Madison said.

Iain smirked and played with her hair.
"For you or the baby?" Iain joked.
Madison laughed. "For the baby... and maybe me too."
Iain kissed her head. "Of course we can. When do you want to go?"
"After work."
Iain nodded. "That's fine by me babe."
"Brill."
Iain kissed her passionately.

They walked inside to the ED. Jez and Roxy were laughing. "What's going on?"
"We've started a pool on the baby."
Madison groaned. "Come on then. Let's have it."
"Boy, girl or alien," Jez said. Madison laughed.
"Alien?"
"Yeah. Well, if Iain is the father who knows what you'll pop out," Jez said.
"Mature brother. Real mature."

Madison put down her own choice. Roxy and Jez watched.
"A girl?" Roxy asked.
Madison smiled and nodded. "Yeah. Don't tell Iain though."
Roxy laughed. "Well It's our secret."
"Good."

Iain walked in. "This baby is a boy. I've decided."
"What if It's a girl?" Madison asked.
Iain rolled his eyes. "All Dean babies are born boys."
"Well I'm a girl."
Iain didn't have any words. Roxy smirked and Madison high fived her.
"Why do women always gang up on me?" Iain asked. Jez laughed.
"Cause it's easy."

Jez and Iain talked. Madison and Roxy looked at the choices people put down.
"Most people are guessing it's a girl," Madison whispered.
"Yeah. Even I did. And Jez."
Madison laughed. "He'll be disappointed if It's not a boy," she mumbled.
"He won't."

Iain and Jez were talking. "The fact that in two years there's going to be a little you running round scares me," Jez said.
"Hey," Iain said. Jez laughed.
"I'm just joking."

Iain went over to Madison.
"Do you want to go shopping now?" Iain asked.
"Sure."

Madison and Iain said bye to Roxy and Jez before going to the car.
"I want a Moses basket," Madison said. Iain chuckled.
"Whatever you want we'll get."
They went into mothercare. Madison smiled. "All this is cute."
"Yeah."

They bought the moses basket. Iain bought a couple of white outfits. "We need to find out the sex but not tell anyone," she said.
Iain agreed. "I totally agree."
"Will you be mad if it's a girl?" Madison asked.
Iain smiled. "Of course not. I want a baby. I won't mind which sex it is."

Madison smiled and held Iain's hand as they went to the car with their stuff.
"I love you Iain Dean," Madison said.
Iain smiled. "I love you too."

They got home and Madison groaned.
"I'm hungry," she said. Iain laughed.
"What would my lovely girlfriend like to eat?"
"Pizza."

Iain went to order the pizza. Madison smiled and fell asleep. She couldn't help but think that everything was changing.
