Lexi angrily gathers firewood in a sling. First, her siblings don't trust her. Then, Cami is being used as a suit for someone to wear, and only Davina and Kol are helping. Frankly, Lexi could care less about the woman. If it comes down to it, her family or the human, she would choose her family.

Her anger disappears completely when she looks down at her hands. She freezes, her blue eyes moving over every curve. She remembers the blood that once coated them. The sins she had committed with them.

She drops the sling and takes a few deep breaths, closing her eyes. She never wants to remember it. Never wants to remember what's in those woods.

"Lexi," The voice of her sister doesn't move her. Rebekah watches as Lexi takes a shaky breath, finally opening her eyes. "What do you see when you go away like that?" Rebekah inquires.

"Things I've done," Lexi admits, finally looking at Rebekah. "The person I wish I wasn't." Lexi shakes her head the tiniest bit. "Another gift from Esther. I-I can't just turn it off. I've tried. I suppose it's her way of demonstrating I'd be better off taking her deal."

Lexi looks away as if ashamed by her confession. She sits in a nearby chair, letting Rebekah sit in front of her. "And leave your body behind? Just like that?" Rebekah asks.

"To start over, live a mortal life. Maybe have a child of my own." Lexi lets out a bitter chuckle. "Although, I suppose the child would be dead soon enough."

"Cursed as your first born. If we are to believe the story." Rebekah nods, leaning back in her seat.

"Not if I am no longer Mikaelson blood." Lexi sighs. "Maybe Esther is right. I just seem to destroy any family I'm with, so it'd just be better if I leave it at that. Live out my mortal days as an old cat lady who gives out candy." Lexi jokes, her eyes sparkling. "It seems that is the beauty of Esther, Rebekah. Sometimes, even her darkest deeds possess a logic that is difficult to refute."

"It's lovely to fantasize."

"Rebekah, you and I both know what she is capable of. Now, I do wonder if she would relent and let us be..." Lexi looks back at her sister. "What if all she needs is a victory?"

Instantly, Rebekah's expression turns stormy. "Then let her find it somewhere else," she orders. Lexi just scoffs. "Besides, she wants all four of us, not just one."

"She has Kol," Lexi's voice cracks at her brother's name. Rebekah watches as her expression falters. Lexi and Kol had always been close, even as children when he tried to teach her to fight. The older blonde knew Lexi would be upset that they didn't tell her about Kol. Little did she know Lexi was upset with Kol, not just them.

"She also has Finn," Lexi continues, fixing her expression. "Perhaps, in the end, half of her children will do."

The Mikaelsons, with the exception of Rebekah, stand in front of the pile of wood. Hayley holds Hope close to her chest as Lexi raises a hand. "Incendia," she whispers.

The wood catches on fire, smoke beginning to rise. The scent of the fire reaches Lexi's nose, causing her to freeze.

As Rebekah exits the house, she can clearly see the sudden pain and fear in Lexi's expression. The fire dances in Lexi's eyes, drowning out the feelings, but Rebekah knows it's still there. Hidden, but apparent.

"Look what I found!" Rebekah exclaims, drawing everyone's attention away from the fire. She holds up an old polaroid camera. Lexi's expression changes to excitement. "Wonder if it'll work."

"Oh, bloody hell," Klaus mutters.

"Come on, let's try!" Rebekah smirks, stopping in front of them. "Hey, Nik, do you think you can cram us into a selfie?"
