It was snowing on the Edge. Everyone was enjoying the cold winter day. The dragons were chasing each other across the snowy ground. Fishlegs was building a snow Gronkle. Snotlout was sliding and falling on the ice. Hiccup, Astrid, and Heather were heaving snowballs at each other. And the Twins were running around trying to eat the falling snow (Quickly just imagine what that would look like in your head😂). Everyone was having a great time. But there was something even better they could do.
Astrid POV
We were having a lot of fun. Finally a nice snow day on the Edge. I collected some snow and heaved it at Hiccup. Hard. Well, maybe a bit too hard because he fell flat on his back. "Hey"! He yelled. Heather and I burst out laughing. "Not funny guys! Help me out of this"! he yelled. He held out his hand and I took it helping him out of the snow. "You good"? "Yeah just one thing" he said with a smile. He quickly scooped up a bunch of snow and dropped it in my head. "Your dead Haddock"! "No, Hofferson. Now we're even". He said in a childish voice. "Fine".
Heather walked over and said "This is the most fun we've had in a while". "Yeah it kinda reminds of the time we went dragon-boarding, remember Hiccup"? He chuckled before saying "yeah it was a lot of fun. That is until we almost froze to death when we got covered in snow"! "Stop being such a drama queen big baby boo". "Big baby boo, huh. I think I might use that" he replied. "Ok what is dragon-boarding"? Heather asked. "It. Is. Awesome. It's basically like sledding but on your dragon". "Hey lets get the gang to try it out" Hiccup suggested. "Good idea".

Hiccup POV
We were at the top of the sown capped peak looking down. "You guys ready"?!? Everyone nodded eagerly except Fishlegs. "I-I don't know guys" he said with a shaky voice. "Come on Guppylegs don't be a baby" Snotlout said. Fishlegs just whimpered. Heather put a hand on his shoulder and said "it's ok Fishlegs. It'll be fun". He smiled and got on Meatlug. We all did the same with our dragons. "3. 2. 1"!
We started sliding down the hill. Fishlegs and Snotlout weren't having as much luck as the rest of us. Meatlug was spinning out of control and Hookfang was determined to get as much snow as he could on Snotlout. Heather was just sliding around having a good time. The Twins, to absolutely no ones surprise, were blowing up trees on the way down. Which left Astrid and I to mess around with each other like the first time we did this. Toothless shot a plasma blast near a tree by Astrid and Stormfly causing snow to fall on her face. "So that's how we're gonna play it"?! She asked. "I have no idea what your talking about". Stormfly shot spines at us and we avoided them. "Come on Astrid". She just laughed. I went in front of her and Toothless covered their view with his wing. "Seriously Hiccup this again"?!? She said.
Heather POV
I was watching Hiccup and Astrid and just laughing at them. They act like children. Then is see Fishlegs stuck in a pile of snow. "Come on Windshear". We head over there to see him trying to get out. "Need help"? "Yeah that might be a good idea" he said. I pulled him out and wiped some snow off him. "Come on let's try that again. This time lets not try and don't that". "Yeah. Thanks Heather" he said with a smile. "No problem. Now come on, let's go".

"Ahhh!! Hookfang!! Hookfang"! Stupid dragon. "Stop it Hookfang"!

We were nearing the bottom. "Hey Hiccup! Race ya to the bottom"! With that I whizzed off with him on my tail. "Come on bud"! He urged. We were so close. Then Hiccup and I were neck in neck. "Come on Stormfly"! 3. 2. 1. We reached the bottom and it was a tie. "Well I guess none of us won" Hiccup said. "Yeah. But I'll get you next time". "In your dreams" Hiccup said playfully. I shoved him slightly. The gang came up behind us. "What did you guys think of dragon-boarding"? "No offense, but I think I'll stick to my snow Gronkle" Fishlegs said. "Well it would have been fun if Hookfang listened"! Snotlout yelled. "This was AWESOME"!!! The Twins yell. "I love this sport. It's a lot of fun. Plus you and Hiccup act like little kids". Heather said. "Well this was a good idea" Hiccup said. "Yes. Yes it was".
