"You can survive a storm by staying inside, not by exploring its power."

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That was not okay for you to do Lunar. If they find out that you are apart of me, whether or not it was by choice, they will connect it to other events done by wolves that could have gone wrong. My voice drops as I pull at the chains trying to regain control.

"First off, if I could leave, I would have left you on the street or let you die at the his hands. Second off, your not afraid of them connecting it to wolf attacks your talking about the last time we where on this island and the prey gave me enough strength to get out and I actually got to remind you of the power you had summoned! I'm more then just a nameless beast whose body you can use when ever you need to get out of a tight situation where you are afraid to use your magic." I could feel my body panting as his voice raised and we turned the corner to the spot where we had told Griffin to wait for us.

"DEMON!" Griffin leapt at my body his claws extended and his fangs reared back ready to bite my leg and immobilize me. I felt the change before I even saw it, there was a shift in the air as it heated up around my fist and a crackling sound started to emanate from my fist.

Griffin stop! I call out but to no avail as I see my body duck and catch Griffin by the throat from below and strike with the lightening charged fist deep into his stomach sending a wave of electric energy through his muscles like a taser.

"Stay down pet, I'm the only reason this body is even still here. They were gonna kill Kiero and he was just gonna accept it. I swear I'll never understand you two, it's almost like you don't even have that guttural instinct to survive." Griffin stood up snarling, his teeth shining in the sun light glistening like icebergs peaking above the cold frozen water.

I felt my own lips pull back into a snarl as my body stepped forward and a low growl of a warning emanated from my throat with lightening crackling around my fists.

"Try it pet, I've been itching for a fight for a long time and it would be nice to show you a lesson or two. Remember this, messing with me will get you killed and your master will wake to the taste of your blood running down his throat, I don't think he can mentally handle that again." I felt it before I understood what it was as the tips of my mental fingers began to tingle and the chains began to slip from my wrists and for a brief moment I was not in control of my body but nor was I chained up in my own brain. In this instance I could see Lunar in front of me peeling the chains from my wrists and placing them on himself.

Go, before I change my mind. He slipped back into the mental cage I kept him in and I took control of my body again. I looked over at Griffin who was still snarling at me prowling around me in a circle and I simply spoke three words that changed his mood completely.

"Let's go home," I smiled my eyes shone in his and I could see my navy eye through his and a small glimpse of my gold eye through my sandy blonde hair. I jumped onto his back and we walked off the edge of the island falling down letting the wind catch into his wings taking me home to where I would have to plan how to handle this rebellion.

I know you do not like talking to the public Kiero because you like the feeling of mystery but it might not be a bad idea to try and host a trail yourself with them and just stand in the street and talk with them. Griffin's advice rang through my head as I pondered it as we flew back to the core island. The back wall began to open before I had even realized time had passed by at all.

I sighed and swung my legs off of Griffin's back and felt my feet hit the cold floor. I dug my toes into the the cracks in the tiles following the lines letting the structure comfort me and the cold suck away the heat from my body balancing me to the world that surrounded me. I lost myself in the beauty that I always took for granted everyday and I followed it all the way to the island that was sitting behind my monitor. A bowl of strawberry and banana's was sitting on the counter and a hand written note sitting next to it.
