Chapter 4. rogue attack.

Diego's pov

I was running back to my pack with Sapphire on my back. I told her when we get there was to get inside the pack house. When we got there the was a pack of rogue fighting my family. I join in as soon Sapphire jump off of me.

Sapphire pov

I was about to run into the house until I heard a child screaming.I turn to see a boy by a tree crying in terror, and by instinct I ran towards him.

He look up at me in fear then sniff me a little as I picked him up and wrap him in my cloak. He smell Diego on me so he relaxed and snuggled in my chest. As soon I start to run towards the house again till a brown wolf with dark red eyes jump in front of us. I held the child tightly and sprint to the forest as he chase us.

I random to a clearing of the forest to rest. I was checking for signs of danger till the boy tugged my sleeve.

"Hey Miss? Thank for saving me."

"Don't worry. I keep you safe."

I draw a magick circle around us to make a barrier, the i pulled out a mask and some herbal potions I made earlier.

"Put this on."

I tied the mask around his nose and mouth.

"What ever you do, do not step out of this circle. Ok?"

He nodded as I stepped out the magick circle. As soon as I stepped out, Three rogues ran towards me. I open one bottle and threw it. As a wiccan I'm shall not harm living creature but for defense I found my ways.

My bottle broke open and a red mist came out. The rogue started coughing and whimpering a bit as I threw another bottle that let out a bright flash to scare them off. They should recover in a hour or so.

"Behind you!"

I turn and was pinned to the ground by the wolf from earlier. I tried to struggle but he snarled and put more weight on me.

"Mate."

I froze wide eye in fear on what he said.

"Mine"

"G-Get off of her she has a mate!"

He snarled at the boy in my circle. He hid in the cloak shaking.

"Your lucky your protected kid. She did you a favor or you be dead."

I kick him and try to run again but he clawed my back making me fall bleeding out.

"Mine.....Mine....Mine."

He got on to of me hold me down and started licking my back and lower. I shiver in disgust and started to cry. I didn't know what to do till I found my voice.

"DIEGO! GET OFF ME! NO! DIEGO!"

The wolf snarls at me till he was tackle off of me. The boy ran to me holding me tight as I inbrace him too. I couldn't stop crying, I was to dramatize right now, I want Diego.

Diego pov

How dare he. How he try to mark and harm my mate! I smelled her blood the minute she was scratch. I saw Joey putting her cloak back on her. I focus in the rogue at the moment,I. Started snarl at him and charged at him as he tackles me. I roll over him and aimed for his back back leg.

I bit down on the bone so he couldn't run from me. My father and guardian wolf came and surrounded us. I let go of him and ran to Sapphire and Joey.

"Return to you human form now or face the consciences. "

He transform into a man in is late 20s. He was taller the me at 6.1. He started at Sapphire as I change back pulling her into a inbrace. He growl at me as I check her wound's.

"Why have you trespassed to our territory?"

He points at me and Sapphire.

"She's my mate. I am Williams Griffin. I just want what is mine."

I was about change back to my wolf until Sapphire mubble something.

"I'm not his mate,he so cruel I am not his mate. I am not his."

Her body the gave ou in my arms. She's lost to much blood, she needs medical help. My mom shows up worry in her face.

"Mother. Take Sapphire and Joey back to the house and treat them."

She nods and took her away from me. My wolf whimpers as they leave, I turn to Williams again.I going to find out the truth out of him.
