Chapter 18 peanut butter and chocolate chips

Sapphire pov

I woke feeling refresh and happy, Diego really knows how to treat and please a women. I got up and got dressed so I could find something to eat. I was craving something salty, bitter and sweet. I ran into Martha and Gabriela in the kitchen

"Morning ladies."

"Goodness Sapphire your glowing brighter then the north star."

"Yeah sis, had a good night?"

I blushed turned to the cabinet, I found a jar of peanut butter, some dark chocolate chips and gram crackers. I got a bowl and put a scoop peanut butter in the center, the chips on top and gram crackers around it. I sat down eating my breakfast as Akin, Akira and Mai came in.

"Morning mommy. "

"Morning loves."

I kissed them on their foreheads as Diego cam in smiling at us.

"Ok guys and girl, who wants waffles?"

"I DO I DO I DO!"

They cheer as Diego started cooking.

After breakfast I was in the garden checking on my new custard apple tree. When I picked a few I went inside, I grab another jar and bag of peanut butter and chocolate chips. Martha stopped me looking at me in worried eyes.

"My dear this is your third jar of peanut butter and chocolate chips, are you feeling ok today?"

I looked at her confused as if she was replying something to me.

"I'm fine Martha, why wouldn't I be-"

I felt something coming back up. I ran to my bathroom pass my family  with Martha on my tail. I threw up what I ate. She rubs my back as I puke and cry.

"Mom! What's wrong with Sapphire?!

Diego and the kids came in worried about me.

"I-I'm fine, j-just a little m-morning sickness-"

I started puking again.

"Mom get the doctor!"

She ran down stairs as Diego pick me up and took me to bed when I was done. Akira, Akin and Mai climb on the bed watching me.

Martha came back up with the doctor to checkme out.

Diego pov

I wait out side with everyone waiting for the doctor to come back out. Mai was on my lap shaking in fear. She new to the family so without Sapphire she feels threaten by everyone but me, Akira and Akin

He finally came out and smiling.

"Is she alright doc?"

"They are find, just basic morning sickness. "

"Oh thank god- wait. They!"

My eyes widen in disbelieve.

"She pregnant beta. She'll have cravings and mood swings so be prepared. "

I ran into the room hugging Sapphire as she cried in my chest.

"I got you baby. Dont worry, I'll take care of you and the baby. I promise. "

I kissed her softly till she stop crying.

"Diego. "

"Yes. "

"I'm hungry. Can I have. Some peanut butter and chocolate chips please? "

"Of course. "

I was in the kitchen making peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies for her with milk. The little ones brought it up to her trying to make her feel better. As I walk out the kitchen I saw William on the stairs depressed. It must be about Sapphire pregnancy.

"Why are you moping. Both you and Kelly were act strange lately, what's up.

He sighed.

"Kelly my true mate and she rejected me for not being an alpha or beta."

I sat next to him.

"She suffering too you know. You if you trject your mate you both suffer mental pain. Try to talk to her. She can't keep this up.

I got up and pat his shoulder.

"You be fine. "

I walk up stairto my room to fine Sapphire, Akira, Akin and Mai watching a funny movie. I sat next her and watch with them. When the movie was over the little once were fast asleep. I carried them to their bed room and tuck them in. I kissed them on their foreheads and left the room.

Sapphire was still up waiting for me. I kissed her passionately then kiss her belly.

"Hey, its your daddy. You'll love your new family. You have two older brothers and a older sister. Can't wait for you to meet them little guy."

She laughs a little and smiles.
