Daniel's POV

OH HELL TO THE NO. I know I did not just see Jack and Aspen kiss. I swear to god Aspen better have been unconscious and needed mouth to mouth, because Jack surely knows that he is not available and he is taken by my best friend... CAITLIN. Caitlin is gonna fucking freak out, or cry, or dump his ass. I mean I don't have to tell her right? Of course you have to tell her she's your best friend, but he's you brother. Nope he hurt Caitlin Daniel you have to tell her. Ok stop referring to yourself in third person and tell Caitlin.

I walk outside and pull out my phone and call Caitlin.

"WASSUP DANNY BOIII!" Caitlin greets.

Damn she's in a good mood.

"Hey Cait, um there's something I have to tell you," I say.

"Ok," She said calmer.

"Well you see... jackkissedapsen," I say quickly.

"Wait what?!"

"Please don't make me say it again,"

"Well you're gonna have to because I didn't understand a word you just said,"

"Fine," I let out a sigh and continue "Jack kissed Aspen,"

I hear silence come from the line. Then I can hear a shuddering breath.

"O-oh okay, umm is is that all?"

"Yeah, yeah that's all, are you okay Cait?"

"I'm fine, why wouldn't I be fine, it's not like my boyfriend lied to me about going to an interview and then went off to go kiss some girl right?"

"Are you still coming to the show?"

"Yeah I'll go, I can't prevent Peyton from seeing Jonah,"

"Okay, well I gotta go,"

And with that I ended the call.

Caitlin's POV

I knew it, I knew this was gonna happen. I mean what did I think that we could go two weeks without talking and he wouldn't get bored.

Do I tell him I know? Do I wait? Do I tell Pey and Lili? What do I do?

I'm gonna tell the girls, I have to. I walk down stairs and call Peyton and Lili to come down. I hear footsteps pattering on the steps and I hear footsteps coming from kitchen. Soon enough both girls are sitting in front of me.

"What's up?" Peyton asks.

"Well, umm Daniel just called... and umm, the guys are at a party apparently... and he said that Jack and Aspen kissed," I say as a tear fell down my cheek.

I didn't cry when Daniel first told me, but I guess now that I'm saying it out loud it finally hit me. Jack really did cheat on me. As the first tear fell another one did, then another, then another, and now I'm full on sobbing.

"Wait Jack did what?" Peyton asks with anger laced in her voice.

"HE KISSED ASPEN OKAY? HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY IT? DO I NEED TO REPEAT MYSELF?" I yelled.

"I'm gonna kick his ass," Peyton says.

"Are you still up for going to Seattle?" Lili asks.

"I'll go," I say.

"Ok, now, I SWEAR TO GOD ONCE I SEE JACK I'M GOING TO KILL HIM, I MEAN IT MIGHT NOT MAKE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION BUT HE FU*CKING CHEATED ON YOU AND WHAT KIND OF BASTARD DOES THAT AND-," Peyton cuts Lili off.

"Lili calm down, and can I help you kill him?" Peyton says.

"Of course you can help me," Lili answers. (HELP ME HELP YOU, this could go two ways)

I'm still sobbing as they talk/yell.

"Guys?" I ask.

They both turn towards me.

"Don't hurt Jack... I know what he did was wrong but just don't hurt him," I say.

"But Cait, he kissed another girl," Peyton says.

"I know, I know, maybe we just weren't meant to be, maybe he's meant to be with Aspen," I say.

"Oh hell nah we are not letting that spoiled brat win," Lili says.

"I don't care anymore, I love him, I thought he loved me, but I guess not," I say.

...

We didn't mention the "incident" for the rest of the day. At least I didn't hear, I stayed in my room the entire time. I mean sure I said I didn't care anymore, but of course I do. Who gets over being cheated that fast?

Jack's POV

The next morning

I woke up with a huge headache, so this is what it feels like to be hungover. Surprisingly I remember all of last night... shit, including the part where I kissed Aspen.

What the hell did I just do?
