I still can't get that kiss out of my head.

Did he only kiss me to make me feel better?

I shake my head.

Dante wouldn't do that.

"Well, well, well. Look what the cat dragged in." A voice said.

I looked up and saw Gene and his Shadow Knights, Zenix and Sasha standing in front of me.

"Oh, it's you Gene."

"Happy to see me Kitty?" He said with a wink.

"Please, the only person that's always happy to see you, is your pet fish." I say.

It's true. Dante told me. Well, other then his parents but I didn't want to bring his family into this.

"That's not true!" He said.

"Mhmm, whatever, I'm going to be late for class." I say.

"Hey, I'm not done talking to you." He said.

"Well, I'm done talking to you." I say.

"Gene, are you really going to let her go!?" Zenix asked.

He seemed angry, well, it is Zenix, he's always angry.

"This time, yes. But, only if you come to the park tonight, we, are having a little group activity! That we would love for you to join." Gene said.

"Fine. I'll be there. Now, if you don't mind, I gotta get to class." I say walking away.

"See you tonight Kitty!" Gene yelled.

I rolled my eyes.

As much as I love Dante, I hate his brother.

"Hey Y/N!" Someone said from beside me.

I turned my head and saw Dante standing beside me.

Where did he come from?

"Oh! Hey Dante." I say.

Hopefully, he won't bring up what happened yesterday.

"So, about yesterday." He started.

Dang it.

"I just wanted to say sorry about Nicole. I know I already said it but I don't like seeing you getting bullied by her." He said.

Whew. He didn't bring up the kiss.

But awww, he cares about me.

"Oh, it's no big deal." I say.

"You sure?"

"Positive."

"Alright. Oh! I saw you talking to Gene, what did he want?" He asked.

"Oh, he just invited me to come to his group activity tonight at the park. I might go, but I'm not sure yet." I say.

He just nodded. Weird.

"Well, I'll see you later?" He said.

"Yup, see ya."

He walked away.

I walked into my History class and sat down.

It's strange.

He acted all weird when I told him about Gene inviting me to his group activity tonight.

He also seemed nervous when we talked about what happened yesterday.

I hope it's not because we kissed.

Ugh, he must think I need him to kiss me to make me feel better.

Oh no. He might think that! Ugh, how could I be so stupid. I let him kiss me! I should've pushed him off. He has a girlfriend.

Ugh, I'm such a nervous wreak.

I shake my head.

And again, I'm thinking like this.

Of course I'm not stupid. Dante kissed me because maybe he wanted to.

Maybe he likes me!

Nope, he defiently doesn't like me.

I placed my cheek and the palm of my hand and sighed.
