Lana POV

Several hours later, I woke up with a very dry throat. I got up carefully, and waddled into the kitchen to grab a glass of fresh Orange Juice. I took a few sips, before carrying my glass into the livingroom. I placed it down on the coffee table infront of me, and plumped myself onto the black leather sofa behind me. The house phone then rang, so I went to go and get it before I even had the chance to sit down.

"Hello?" I said to the person on the other end. "Hello Lana!" I instantly knew who the voice belonged to. I was one of my bestfriends, Jade. She lives just across the street, opposite me and Harry. "Hi Jade! How are you?" I asked, smiling. I slowlty made my way back to the livingroom, and I sat down. "Im really good thanks..." Her voice was all high pitched than usual, meaning she had something exciting to tell me. "Whats happened?! Spill young lady!" Now I was excited to know what she wanted to tell me. "EEEEEEEEEE!! Well..... You know my boyfriend, Taylor he well...... kinda..... well sorta...." Oh just tell me already! I thought. "He Proposed to me!!" I was so happy for her! "Thats exciting news, Congratulations!" I smiled widely.

"Aww thanks. But dont tell anyone, we dont want that many people knowing just yet...." I nodded. "Ok." I shifted in my seat to try and get comfortable but I couldnt. "Whats the matter Lana?" Jade asked down the line. I put her on speaker so I could get comfortable and talk to her. "Not really, I cant seem to get comfort-...." I stopped half way in my sentence. No!! No no no no. Not now! "Lana?! Lana you ok?" Jade's excited voice suddenly disappeared and turned into worry and concern. "Come over quickly..... I need you! And be super quick..." I said down the phone. "Ok, I'll be there in a few." She hung up, and I just couldnt hold it any longer.... A knock was at the front door. "Come in! Its open!" Jade walked in and shut the door behind her. "Whats the matter?" She looked me straight in the eyes. "M-.....My...... My water levels......." She gasped slightly and ran upstairs to grab my things and put them into an overnight bag.

"Ok....." She said running down the stairs with the bag over her shoulders. I just kept breathing and trying to keep calm; but despite me trying, I just could not. "AAAAAAA!" I cried in pain. I clenched my stomach and walked fast; but slowly to the front door. We hopped into Jades car, and then she drover me to the nearest hospital around; which is about 10 minutes away.

Once we arrived, Jade parked near the entrance and jumped out the car with me. She ran upto the reception desk. "My bestfriend is in labour and we need help!" The receptionist jumped up and ran over to me, with about 4 doctors and nurses behind. "Aaaaaa..... Help me!" A wave of pain came, and it was worst than the last one. They sat me down in a wheel chair, and wheeled me away, and Jade was close behind. "I will be back... I need to go park my car.." She said calmly, but I didnt want her to leave. "Dont go!" But she left anyway.

Jade POV

I ran outside to go and park my car properly, and I also phoned Harry to let him know whats happening. "Hello Harry!" His voice was confused so I told him. "Who is this?" He answered back at me. "Harry, its Jade. Me and my boyfriend live opposite you..." I think he seemed to know now. "Oh Hi Jade! But wheres Lana? Whats happened?" Now he was confused, but he sounded scared as it was me calling him and not Lana. "Lana and the baby are fine. Lanas water broke this afternoon around 2ish and shes in hospital." I told Harry everything, and then I got to Lanas room. "Harry, Im gonna pass you onto Lana now..." I said, and handed the phone a relieved Lana to see me. "Hi Harry!"

Lana POV

My waves of pain had calmed down by 2 minutes, and the nurse put me on a drip, and injected something into my arm to help me to push when the baby decides to come... but I can talk to Harry in the time Ive got. "Hi Harry!" He sounded relieved to here my voice. "Hi Lana! Just breathe, and everythings going to be fine." His voice faded out abit but another wave came. ".....huh...huh...huh...huh....Aaaaaaa!" I suddenly broke down with tears falling. "I cant do this!" I cried. "Yes you can... The sooner the better. Send me a picture of what our baby girl looks like, mwuah!" The sooner the better!! What the.... The nurses and doctor came into the room. "Oh harry I have to go and....." Jade took the phone off of me and ended the call with Harry.

"You idiot! I wanted him to stay on the phone!!" I screemed at Jade. I didnt mean to, but I couldnt help it. "Ok... its time for the baby to come but dont worry.... on 3 you have to push." The nurse replied. I sure didnt want this. I would rather have a C section and not for me to do it naturally. "I want a C section..." I said to the nurses and Doctor. "Im afraid you cant. Your too far along now and if you have a C section now, it could cause problems with the child for the future..." I still want a C section, but was I ready to take the risk? "Fine... Lets just get this over with." A wave of pain came again.... "Push!!"

*2 hours later*

My baby girl was lying in my arms, wrapped up in a warm, pink blanket. I smiled. "Shes so beautiful!" Jade was now sitting next to me. "Can I hold her Lana?" I nodded. I passed Darcy to Jade, and she wrapped her arms around Darcys small body. "Hello little one.." She cooed. I sent a quick picture to Harry, and then I fell asleep with Darcy in my arms.
