The Maid The King And The Brother

Robin shook his head and whipped the grogginess from his eyes. When he finally opened his bright blue eyes he looked around the room. Robin was sitting in a black bed in the middle of a room. There was a large dresser and a nightstand on either side of his bed and a large window covered by a curtain on the other side of the room. The rest of the room was pretty plain with green and black walls and a white shag carpet on the ground beside the bed.

Robin quickly threw the sheets off of him and tested his weight on his feet. Once he deemed his legs strong enough to stand he got out of the large bed and made his way over to the curtains, where he suspected a window to be. He pulled back the white curtains and on the other side was a window looking out into a green swirling void.

Surprised to see this Robin took a few steps back and tried to think of where he may be. Suddenly he remembered what had happened with Dan and the metallic ghost. Finally Robin pieced together that he was in the ghost zone.

Right as he made this discovery though a small ghost that looked to be an ancient cleaning lady floated through the door. She looked to Robin in surprise and let out a small gasp.

"You mister are not supposed to be out of bed yet. Orders of the King!" She exclaimed.

"And who is this King?" Robin had to know what he was up against if he was going to escape and get back to his team.

"Why King Phantom of course. I do miss the way he used to be though. So kind, not so much anymore." The small lady babbled as she walked around the room cleaning here and there.

"Um... may I... may I meet with King Phantom?"

"Oh! He is on his way! Oh my this room needs to be cleaned before the king gets here or he may have my head!" Suddenly the little old lady began franticly cleaning every nook and cranny in the room until it was literally sparkling.

"Please ma'am! I need help. Is there any way I can contact my team on earth and at least let them know I am okay?" Robin was now getting antsy and irritated with the old woman.

There where some loud footsteps outside Robin's room and the old maid seemed to shake with fear as Dan entered the room. Once Dan had come through the door she simply bowed her head mumbling something resembling 'your highness' and speed out of the room.

"Ah brother I see you have woken up and acquainted yourself with the help." Dan said in a smooth and endearing voice.

"Let me go home now Danny." Robin growled in response.

"Now I can't do that. You see, you are the only person who can bring my weaker and pathetic side back. So until I can crush him once and for all you must stay locked up here in the castle." Dan let the sentence sink in before continuing. "See this happened once before too but little Danny was able to shove me down again and lock me deep within his mind with the help of his pathetic friends and sister. With his sister gone, well lets just say, all hell broke lose in his head. That let me out and now, I am never going back! Once he's gone no one can stop me from destroying everyone and everything that ever hurt me!"

"Danny, this isn't you! I need you to fight back!" Robin began yelling at his little brother.

"Please stop. You are giving me a headache." Dan complained as he placed a hand over his eyes and rubbed his temples.

"NO! I will never give up on you Danny! You are my brother and my responsibility!" Robin was screaming as tear poured from his eyes. This made Dan grip his head even harder. Dan shook his head a few times as if to clear it before looking back to Robin with toxic green eyes. "Danny!" Robin screamed.

"Dick! Don't give up please! I can't fight him! Take him down for me, don't let me become him!" Danny cried as he shook his head again revealing his blood red eyes once again. Dan looked scared for a moment then left the room without another word leaving Robin to sit and think to himself. How would he save Danny?

The four Titans all sat on the large red couch exhausted and disappointed. After analyzing the video, checking the crater again, and reading every book possible on dimensional travel they had come up with nothing. It had been a whole day since Dan left with Robin and the team hadn't slept or eaten at all. Beast Boy had just ordered pizza and sat back on the couch when he looked to the team.

"We haven't given up have we?" He questioned everyone.

"I don't know Beastie. We have noting left to do..." Cyborg started but was cut off by Starfire jumping up in front of everyone.

"Leader Robin would never give up on us! We can not give up on him. We must continue searching and we must find him. We must all destroy that who took him from us, no matter who he once was!" She said with fire in her eyes. The rest of the team had to agree. Dan was getting too powerful and dangerous. They had to eliminate him to protect the world. Right before Starfire could continue though the ring of the doorbell sounded through the tower.

Cyborg tapped a few things on the nearest computer and pulled up the security camera footage of the door. Standing in front of the door where two strange looking teenagers. One wore a black crop top shirt with a skull on it, along with a black skirt over purple leggings with black fishnet over the top. To complete the outfit she had a pair of black combat boots and a black chocker on.

The other teen was a male who looked to be African American. He had on a yellow long sleeved shirt with a pair of green cargo shorts on and brown boots. To top off his look he wore a read beanie on his head.

Both teens looked agitated and slightly scared. The Titans unsure of what to do looked to each other. After another minute or two they decided to head down and talk to the two kids. When Beast Boy opened the door he simply stared at the two teens standing in front of him. The girl looked at him then his friends who filed in behind him and tilted her head to the side.

"Are you guys super heroes because we need your help?" Was all she had to say before the Titans let the two in to talk.

A/N: Yay! Another chapter done! I have gone WAAAAAY off my original script at this point and I think I am liking this better than my original plan so yay me. I hope you guys are enjoying it. Let me know by commenting and voting! See you in the next chapter!
