Rexter three

Chapter 6

Dexter placed Raven on their bed and called Doctor. Montgomery. "Hello? I need to speak with Dr. Montgmery. Ok, I'll hold."  As Dexter was waiting to get through to Dr. Montgomery, he sat down on his and Raven's bed and moved some hair out of Raven's face. "This is Doctor. Montgomery, how can I help you today?" Dexter stood up and started to pace around the room as he told Dr. Montgomery what happened. "I see. Has Raven been stressed lately? Because for a woman who's in her first trimester and this being Raven's first pregnancy, and she having twins, being stress is normal, and the effect of being too stress is, woman tend to get over whelm and pass out from time to time. It also doesn't help if she hasn't gotten a lot of sleep." Dexter stopped pacing and sat down on the bed Raven was passed out on. "She's has been stress all weekend, and she not having trouble sleeping. Not that I know of. So I have two questions. One: How much longer will she be passed out for? And two: What can I do to help?" Dexter started to run his fingers through Raven's silky black and purple hair. "Ok, to answer your first question, I need to know how long she's been passed out for." Dexter stopped running his finger's through Raven hair. "Um, I think about five minutes." There was a quick pause. "Ok, she should wake up within about five minutes. And to answer your second question, I would take Raven somewhere to relax for a few days. and be patient with her. ask her if she need help with anything. Anything to help get her less stress." Dexter stood up. "Ok, I will do.  Thanks, bye" Dexter started to walk toward his dresser. "You're welcome. Bye." Dexter and Dr. Montgomery hung up. Dexter placed his phone on the dresser and walked towards Raven, and got on the bed, and laid down next to her, and placed his head on a pillow more next Raven's pillow, and closed his eyes, and he fell asleep.

Raven woke up about four minutes later, and sat up and looked at Dexter and did a quiet laugh. Raven kissed Dexter's forehead and took off his glasses, and placed them on the night stand next to her. Raven got up and went to her dresser and got some new clothes, and walked into the master bathroom connected to Dexter's and her room to get cleaned up. Raven took a makeup wipe, and wiped off the mascara on her face and went to the bathroom.  After she washed her hands, Raven turned on the shower and took her clothes off, and got in. Raven washed her hair, and shaved her legs, and then got out. Raven went to go grab her towel, but she forgot to grab it. "Great." Raven was about to use a spell to find a clean towel, but before she could even say the words to the spell, the bathroom door knob began to turn. Raven quickly went into the bathtub and hid her body behind the shower curtain. "Looking for this?" Raven peek out to see Dexter holding her towel. "Yeah. How did you know?" Dexter walked over handed Raven her towel. "Well, when I woke up, I heard the shower running, and you weren't in bed anymore, and I put two and two together and guessed you were the one in the shower, as I was waiting for you to be done with your shower, I remember you always forget your towel. So as you stopped your shower, I went looking for your towel, and I found it in our hamper. Don't worry, they were clean clothes." Raven laughed, as she wrapped her towel around her body, and stepped out of the bathtub. "What would I do without?" Raven walked up to Dexter. "I really don't know." Dexter kissed Raven, and this time, Raven kissed back.

After getting changed into more relaxing clothing, Raven laid down on her and Dexter's bed looking at the ceiling. Dexter walked over to Raven and sat down on the bed next to her. Raven sat up and started to dry the rest of her hair, and after she was done drying it, she began to play with her hair. "Do you want me to style your hair for you?" Raven looked at Dexter and smiled. "Sure. Why not." Raven got up and grabbed her brush and some hair bands, and handed them to Dexter. Raven sat crisscross in front of Dexter. Raven moved so her back was now turned to him. Dexter started to brush her hair. "So, I called Doctor Montgomery and told her what happened. She said that the reason you passed out was probably that you were way to stress. So, she told me that I should take you somewhere, just you and me, to relax." Raven smiled. "So, do you have any ideas?" Dexter stopped brushing Raven's hair and grabbed a hair band, and started to make a pony tail with his hands. "Well, I was going to surprise you but I think you would want to know now," Dexter said. He started to tie the hair band around Raven's hair. "What? Is it bad?" Raven said with a little fear in her voice. "No, it's not bad. I...Well..." Dexter stopped tying the hair band around Raven's hair. Raven turned around, so she could see Dexter face. "Dexter, what did you do? You said it's not bad, so, just say it." Dexter grabbed Raven's hands. "I bought us our own home. You said you always wanted to live on the beach because you love the hearing the waves crashing onto the shore, and you love swimming. So I bought us a big house on the beach. It's not a castle though because you said you would rather live in a house than a castle. I have it all furnished and everything. That's why I was on my phone the day we told my family about you being pregnant. Though, now I have to make a room into a nursery. I hope you're not mad. I could show you some pictures of the house if you want." Raven looked at Dexter and then smiled. She went to go hug him, but it was more like a tackle. They both ended up laying on the bed. "So you're not mad?" Dexter asked. Raven kissed him. "No, I'm really excited." Raven sat back up and so did Dexter. "But, what did your mom say when you told her?" Dexter scratched the back of his head. "I haven't told my mom yet. My dad knows, so does Daring and Darling. But my mom very portative of me, and so my dad told her at some point while we were here. I think that's why my mom want's to talk to us." Dexter's eye widened. "I forgot to call my mom to tell her where going to be running late!" Dexter stood up and ran to his dresser and picked up his phone and dialed his mother cell number. But before he could hit talk, Raven snatched the phone from his hands. "Raven come on, please, I need to call my mom." Raven put her hand on her hip. "You want to call your mom. there's a difference." Raven walked towards Dexter and put her hands around his neck. "I will give you your phone back to call your mom, to say we're getting there when we get there. Got it?" Raven did a flirty smile. Dexter smiled back. "Got it." Raven handed Dexter his phone back. He dialed his mom's cell number and told her they're going to get there when they get there. "Now that that's done..." Dexter picked up Raven and had about an hour of fun time with her.
