Raven ran into Dexter's and her room and called Cerise. "Hey, sorry I can't make to my phone right now, places leave a message after the howl. AROOOO!" Raven opened her dresser. "Hey, Cerise, It's Raven. I was just wondering if I could stop and visited for a couple of nights? Call me back." Raven hung up her phone and started to pack some fresh new clothing. After Raven was done packing, she decided to go for a walk in the village. Raven picked up her mirror phone and headed out the door.
Dexter burst into the throne room to talk to his mother. "I hope you're happy!" Dexter yelled. The Queen looked at her son. "What's wrong?" Dexter walked right up to his mother. They were standing face to face. "Raven wants to spend some time apart. I don't know how long, but she said it was because of what people are saying, but mainly because of what you and her mother said." King charming walked over to his son. "I'm sorry. Is there anything we can do?" Dexter kept looking his mother. "You don't need to apologize, dad. Mom does." The Queen laughed. "Why? I didn't do anything." Dexter was about to lose it. "MOM!" Dexter started to pace around the room. "WHY COULDN'T YOU JUST LET ME MOVE OUT!?!? YOU HAD TOO KNOW THAT ONE DAY YOUR KIDS WOULD MOVE OUT." Dexter stopped pacing and looked at his mother dead in the eyes. "I can't trust her to take care of you, like how I can." Dexter started to get angrier at every word his mother said. "HER NAME IS RAVEN, MOM. RAVEN. AND I LOVE HER WITH ALL MY HEART. AND SHE CAN TAKE CARE OF ME, LOOK." Dexter showed his mother his arm. "She stitched up my cut I got from falling and cutting my arm on a nail. I don't think you could do that mother." The Queen walked over to her son. "Are you ok!?!" The Queen went to touch his arm, but Dexter pulled away. Dexter looked his mom right in her eyes. "Good bye, mother." The Queen went to grabbed her sons arm, but Dexter was too fast. "Dexter....Dexterous Charming get back here!" Dexter stopped. "No, mom." And walked out of the room.
Raven was walking in the village of book end when her phone rang. "Hello?" Raven said as she sat on a bench. "Hey, it's Cerise. I got your message, you can stay at my place for a couple of days, but what's up? Did Dexter do anything to you!?! Did he hurt you? Cuz if he did..." Cerise said. "No! No, he didn't hurt me. I...I'm having a hard time with the whole mother to be thing. My mom doesn't want to be part of my children's lives, Dexter's mom won't let us move out. She thinks I'm gonna take him from her, She said "I'm not losing my son to some...Some...REBEL!" It really hurt me. So, I think I need a break from the Charmings, including Dexter, and my family, and I thought what better way than to spend some time with friends. I'll stay at Maddie's some nights too if she ok with it." Raven said. "Wow. Ok. I was...Just..." Raven stood up and started to walk around the village some more. "What?" There was silent from Cerise. "I don't know...I really don't know. But you can come over whenever. I could also go to the Charming castle and say you need some clothing, or whatever." Cerise said. "Thanks, I'll come over in an hour."
Dexter went into to town to get away from his mom and get some fresh air, as he was walking he saw Raven sitting and talking with Maddie in front of Maddie's tea shop. Raven looked really happy talking with Maddie. Raven hasn't talked to Maddie in about a month. Dexter wanted to go to the library, but in order, for him to do that he would have to walk past Maddie and Raven, and he knew Raven didn't want to see him. So Dexter took the long way round. It added about ten minutes to his walk, but he wanted Raven to be happy. Dexter walked into the library, it smelled like old books, and there was dust all over the place. Dexter walked to the back of the library, only to find Cupid sitting at a table near a corner. Dexter walked up to her. "Is this seat taken?" Cupid looked up from her book to see Dexter looking at her. "Dex! No, this seat isn't taken." Dexter pulled out one of the seats at the table. "I thought you moved back to mount Olympus? What are you doing here?" Cupid fidgeted in her seat. "After what my dad did to you and Raven, Zeus didn't really take it well, so my dad is forbidden to use his bow and arrow for about a month. But that goes for me too, and I got bored up there so I thought I would come down here for a visit." Cupid smiled "By the way, how are you and Raven? I heard you're going to be the father of two! Are you excited about that?" Dexter started to play with his glasses, and scratch the back of his head like he used to back in high school. "I'm kinda glad you came for a visit Cupid. Raven wanted some time away from me and my family along with her family." Dexter started fidgeted in his seat too. "My mom won't let us move into a house I got for Raven and me, and she said some stuff that didn't go down very well with Raven and me. And Raven's mom doesn't think it's right for Raven and me to be together and chose not to be part of Raven and my children's lives, and Raven really got hurt with her mom saying that. But other than all this Grandmother drama, I'm really excited to be a dad." Cupid just looked at Dexter. "Well...I'm gonna ask you something. How are you holding up? You talked about Raven and the whole grandmother drama as you said, but not you. I'm an expert in love and love drama, so you can talk with me." Dexter tried really hard not to let tears fall. "I...I don't know how I feel. I feel sad, angry, scared, excitement, and happiness. So, I really don't how to feel." Cupid sat up straighter. "Well, I think that having more than one emotions is normal for what's happening with you. Did you talk with Raven?" Dexter shook his head. "Ok. Do you know how long she needs time?" Dexter leaned back into his chair. "She told me she would call or text me." Cupid put her hands on the table and held them together. "Well, I think you should text her in a day or two, and see when you could talk with her." Dexter tilted his head to his side. "What do I need to talk about exactly with Raven?" Cupid chuckled. "See what she needs from you right now, other than needing time, I think you both need to talk about how you feel about...Well, everything. You're going to be parents to twins, Tell Raven how you feel about this whole thing, but do it when she's in the best mind space to talk. you also need to talk with your mom about moving away, but not in anger. Tell her why you want to move out, why you think it's the best option for you and Raven etc. That's my advice." Dexter looked at Cupid with a blank expression. "Wow, I'll definitely do that. Thanks, Cupid." Dexter got up and walked out of the library. "You're welcome Dex," Cupid said in quiet a voice and went back to reading her book.
