reader and Paul (she's his imprint) are watching a scary movie and cuddling on the couch together and they fall asleep during the film and the rest of the pack found them and decide to scare them
Tonight you and Paul had Emily's house to yourselves. Emily was out of town visiting a friend, and she asked you to house sit, and the pack have patrol so you stayed in the house whilst they were out. However, tonight Paul managed to get the night of patrol so you two could get some time together. Sam would normally be strict about having days off, but you were Paul's imprint after all; and Sam understood the importance of spending time with your imprint.
"Popcorn!" Paul announced, walking out the kitchen and carrying a bowl in one hand mimicking a waiter. He dropped down next to you on the couch, placing the bowl of popcorn on his lap and putting an arm round you; pulling you into his warm chest. You snuggled into him, pulling the blanket, you had wrapped round you up to your chin. You didn't offer Paul blanket as he always says "he's too hot for them" with a wink, joking with the double-meaning of the word 'hot', which you'd respond with a playful eye roll. "You ready?" he asked whilst pressing play, starting the horror movie you both dared each other to watch. "Ready as ever." you replied, grabbing a handful of popcorn to much on with anticipation. It eventful to say the least, you screamed a few times, Paul even let out a shriek at one point. Over time you both cuddled closer and closer to each other, until eventually you were practically in his armpit and your arms were tightly wrapped around him. Neither of you saw the end of the film, around half way through you both fell asleep within 5 minutes of each other.
However, you two were blissfully un-aware that the pack were returning home as you fell asleep. They were coming the forest, so they were at the back of the house when they saw your sleeping figures being illuminated by the tv. "I think they're asleep." Quil whispered, knowing that Paul would wake up if he heard them. Quil crept up to the window to check, and he turned back to the pack with a mischievous grin on his face. "Well" "are they asleep?" Jared asked, raising his eyebrows for answer. "Yeah, and better yet they fell asleep watching a horror movie. Which means..." "We can scare the shit out of them!" Embry said excitedly, causing the pack to shush him but also giggle with excitement. "I think we should do the classic 'sneak in and scream' scare." Jacob whispered, and the pack murmured with agreement. Sam stayed quiet during this, which means he wasn't against it but he also didn't fully support it; but honestly he did want to see the look on Paul's and Y/N's face.
The pack all snuck round to the front door, which was unlocked because come on who needs to lock the door when theres a werewolf inside? and slowly crept into the front room, where all of them stood facing the sleeping pair on the couch. Sam whispered, 1 2 3 which was followed by all the pack belting out "AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH". It all happened at once, Paul woke up sitting up bolt-right and screaming. Your eyes shot open, and your legs kicked out in shock, which sent the popcorn bowl flying into Jared's head. The bowl smashed, and not Jared's skull, due to the fact he's a wolf and what not. Everyone froze for a second looking from your foot, to Jared's shocked face, to the mix of popcorn and glass at his feet. The silence was only brief, as Jared started hysterically laughing which spread like wildfire and soon enough everyone in the room was laughing so hard they were clutching their stomachs. The combination of Paul's scream, your football (soccer) skills, and Jared's expression, kept replaying in everyones minds which caused the laughter to last a good twenty minutes.
