I saw it

Sarah's pov
I was playing with some sand in the backyard , then i saw this gardener hat over the hedges, it looked like it was behind the hedge, then it neald down by a big hole in the hedge and stared at me while making this noise
Budum.....Budum.....Budum over and over , and then she left.

I ran inside to go tell my grandma and grandpa who were drinking tea at the time,  so i told them "i saw this women out side she was very tall and she made a really weird noise" they
Gasped and looked really worried
"This is important, how tall was she" my grandma said "taller than the hedges" i said "did you look at her"
Said my grandpa "y-yes" his eyes widened,  and he ran to the phone  and called someone and then left.

I was so confused, "Grandma whats wrong?.." "well that lady is a demon who takes children, she was locked up in a temple but somehow...she got out and if anyone looks at her they die in the next 3 days".....she said "im gonna die!?" She looks down and frowns "i dont know sweetie".

Grandpa suddenly runs in with a elderly woman who looks worried
"Come with me child" the elderly woman says,  i go upstairs with her and we go into a room , and she starts tapeing news paper over the windows
, the news paper have old Japanese writing on it. They then set out bowls of rice on each side of the room and they put a buda statue in the middle of the room, the elderly woman says to me "you will stay locked in this room until 7:30 in the morning , you cant go out even to go to the bathroom!" She says "ok.." i say.
They lock me in, i decided to turn on the tv to get my mind off this demon

                    ...I fall asleep...

I suddenly hear taping on the window  and then banging on the door "honey are you ok im there? , i can come in to comfort you" i go straight to open the door , but i feel- something ...something just happend,
The rice! It turned black. 

Budum.....Budum....Budum

i hear her,I plug  my ears and then... it stops! Its 7:30! ,i run out of the room and we all leave to go on a plane. Because legend has it you can not come back to japan after you have been healed,  so we left

               10 years later

I have a new house now , i live alone
My grandpa died and he refused to let me come to his funeral because hes in Japan , it was heart breaking!

I got a call, it was my grandma "honey , ive gotten cancer i love you"
"Grandma! I have to come visit you , its been 10 years anyways" i say
"If you insist" suddenly through the phone i hear very loudly
