29 // Dais, Will Mummy Be Watching Us?

{James pov}

I was watching Daisy and Her little brother Jack play.

Jack stopped and looked at her, "Dais, will mummy be watching us?" I watched her and I could feel her heart break.

"Yeah, jack. She will" she said rubbing his head. Tears were slipping down her cheek and she started silently sobbing.

"Jack, how about we go get you some chocolate?" Brad said grinning as he kissed Daisy and walked him into the kitchen.

"Come here" I said hugging her tightly.

"It's just so hard James" she cried into my arms.

"Be strong, for Jack" I rubbed her head.

{Daisy's pov}

We were all sat on the sofas watching despicable me when there was a knock on the door.

"I'll get it" Amanda said already walking towards the door.

I heard a mans voice and Amanda sounded...confused.

Amanda walked back in but with a man and women in a uniform followed her.

"Hello, we're Jason and Maria. Were from a social kids home, we'd like to speak to a Daisy Redford" the women said and all eyes came on me.

"That's me" I stuttered standing up.

"Could we talk in private somewhere please ms Redford" the man said.

"Do you want me to come?" brad asked.

I worriedly shook my head and led them into the kitchen.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN I DONT HAVE LEGAL PERMISSION, IM 18" I screamed tears building up in my eyes.

"Look we know you may be upset but it's the rules" Maria said.

"Look he's my fucking brother and he ain't going anywhere else except here!" a tear slipped down my cheek. I wiped it away and let them continue.

"Look we can give you 3 days to spend with him or if you don't agree we can take him now" Jason firmly said.

"You can't fucking do this" I yelled.

"Oh but we can me Redford and we will if you don't agree to the conditions" He said.

"Oh and where's he Gonna go? 79284 miles away where he does know a single fucking soul? HES 4 for Jesus Christ" I couldn't stop the tears.

"Look we must go but Hayley the social worker will be round tomorrow to give further advice so please stay put and that's all for now" she said as they both stood up and left.

I stayed exactly where I was and sobbed until Brad came rushing in.

"Dais" he said hugging me.

"There gon-na take h-him brad" I cried.

"They won't trust me baby, be strong I love you" he hugged me tight and kiss my forehead.

"Where i-is he?" I asked.

"He's asleep in James' bed. James was looking after him" he said.

"I love you" I said kissing him.

I cried and cried that night.
