Déjà vu

Chapter Eight: Unexcepted Companion

It has been at least a week of working with Clara on this case. However, Clara seemed a bit distant lately. Does the case bore her to death? Is there something more important than this case? Am I boring? Matt sighed in defeat, hating the fact that he doesn't know the reasoning behind Clara's behavior. He was pacing around in his Tardis, filled with boredom. Not knowing what to do in this situation. I might as well call her and see what's bothering her.

Matt calls Clara through the Tardis to once and for all get all the answers that he needs. "Hello?"
"Clara do you think I'm boring?"
"Oh hello Doctor and no I don't think you're boring at all. I find you quite fascinating really.
Why?"
"Oh, I was just curious that's all. Anyway, um Clara?"
"Yes, Doctor?"
"Why have you been so distant lately? Like you seemed distracted?"
"Oh, well I have been thinking that maybe I should just take a break with time traveling with you."
"Why Clara?"
"I honestly don't know Doctor. I just need time."
"How much time do you need?"
"Like I said I don't really know but I will let you know when I'm ready to get back on my feet again. Okay?"
"Okay."
"Goodbye for now, Doctor."
"Goodbye for now, Clara Oswald."

The Doctor ended the phone call, slightly disappointed but also relieved. He understood that Clara needed her space and time but now he's back with the same ol problem he had to face. Being alone. He didn't mind being alone on a journey but only for a minimum amount of time until he finds a new companion.

I guess I'm all alone...for now Matt though to himself with a sigh escaping his lips. I guess it's back to square one.

Suddenly the Tardis started spinning. Faster and faster to who knows where. The Doctor lost his balance and fell straight towards the poles on the side. "Woah, there girl. What's going on?! I didn't want to go anywhere." Her was slightly confused. The Tardis doesn't usually act on its own unless he asked it to. Where are you taking me?!

If the Tardis could read his thoughts, it stopped. Huh, I wonder were I am? He went straight towards the door to see where he was dropped off to. Right when he was about to open the door, it swings wide open and a man just enters in unexpectedly closing the door right behind him. "Step on it." the man demanded Matt but he was in complete shock. "Fine I'll do it myself."
"Wait, David?! What the hell are you doing here?"

This chapter is more of a filler towards the story. I'm not sure if I'm going to be adding more filler chapters or not.

Btw, David is the tenth doctor from the show if anyone didn't know who he was. Well until next time.
