Pain...
Something I know too well.
One day people say they care
The next they stab you in the back out of thin air.
We open up to people
But once they know the truth
they turn away leaving you in pain.
So keep the ones who make you smile close
Because once they are gone you'll miss them the most.
The pain grows and shrinks as life goes on
But one day we'll find someone who will make us strong.
Sometimes people walk away to see if you actually care
So don't let someone walk away in pain
