JUMIN HAN HOLDS SURPRISE PRESS CONFERENCE.

"Oh my god..." Eva whispered in complete and utter shock. The footage went live as the camera zoomed in on a podium.

"What could he possibly be doing?" Jisu wondered aloud, pressing hard against the volume button until it was on full blast. Paparazzi cameras started to flash in a direction off screen.

"I-I don't understand. He hates the media, why would he be doing this? I didn't break up with him... I wasn't that cruel." The woman could feel herself starting to panic. What if he was going to deny the allegations of their relationship? What if he was going to insult and slander her name? Was he angry with her?

"Eva. stop." Jisu pulled her friend close and squeezed her shaking hands. "Whatever you're thinking isn't true."

"I don't know... I really don't know..."

Jisu set both her hands on Eva's shoulders and forced her to look her in the eyes. "Bitch" She breathed in. "I may not be the one in the relationship, but I sure as hell wish I was. You two have something special."

Eva's face hardened, but in the best way possible. She almost cracked a smile, but there was too much uncertainty hanging in the air.

"—And you know it. Stop second guessing him and your relationship, or I will have to slap you. I've never seen a man love a woman more than how Jumin loves you."

The woman bit her lip, wiping away her tears of guilt and distress. Jisu was right, this was her fault and it was up to her to make it right. She loved Jumin, and she needed to stop second guessing that he loved her just as much.

Before another negative thought could cross her mind, his handsome face came into view.

Eva gasped at the sight of him. He was well put together, a neutral colored tie matched with a dark grey designer suit. His brown hair was styled back with gel, a brand he used only if he had to be on television.

Yet past all the glamour, Eva could tell Jumin was suffering. What she had said to him last night was the reason for the dark bags under his eyes. It was only something she would notice. The impulsiveness of his actions, the slight discoloration of his skin, the tired look in his eyes.

What had she done to him?

"Good morning everyone. I am sure you are all wondering what I could possibly say to you." His voice transmitted through the tv speakers. Eva leaned so far forward in her seat that she almost tipped over.

The press room fell silent from the sound of his voice. The only audible sound was a camera shutter.

"I'm also positive that you have a few things in mind. So I'll just come right out and say it. I do have a woman on my arm, and her name is Eva Rhee." He paused for effect, a confident man indeed. Eva could tell he was enjoying this a little too much.

"She was previously my secretary, and I have been seeing her for 6 months now. I feel that has given me enough time to realize that I do in fact love her. She is a very beautiful and hardworking woman."

Jumin paused to take a sip of water. Even though she was watching through a screen, Eva could tell the press was trying hard to stay quiet.

"It seems that the media, can't keep their noses out of my business. The only reason I haven't said anything is because of you all. Eva is not used to your crooked ways, and I wanted her to feel safe around me. You have already spread false rumors about the both of us, and have strained our relationship more than a few times. So I have come here today, in hopes to clear the air."
