Chapter 54

Bailey's POV:

We spent about an hour at the beach, until Jessica called Cameron, and told us to head back.

When we got into the house, we made sure our feet were free of sand.

Jessica and Jeff were in the kitchen putting groceries away.

"How was the beach?" Jessica asked, filling the fridge.

"It was so pretty out there!" I said, smiling.

"Yeah. Nothing like the beach in Cali?"

"Kinda the same in my opinion." Cameron shrugged.

"Well, go get cleaned up so we can eat! We got a few pizzas to put in the oven."

We all head upstairs, and separate into our bedrooms. 

However,  I get the head start and grab a towel, a change of clothes, and run into the bathroom.

"Hey!" I hear Toby yell.

"Sorry! I got here first loser." I shut the door and lock it.

When I was finished with my shower and got dressed, I made my way back into my room. I hung my towel on the hook, on the back of more door.

Toby was currently in the shower.

Jessica let the twins take a shower in their bedroom, one after the other.

Before I made my way downstairs to get dinner, I stopped by Toby and Cameron's room.

Cameron was laying on their bed that him and Toby are sharing, on his phone.

"Hey."

"Hi."

"I'm about to go to get pizza. Do you want me to bring you up any?" I ask, shifting on my feet.

Cameron motions for me to sit with him. He swings his legs over the edge of the bed, and I sit beside him.

"Nah, its okay. I'll come down after my shower. If Toby ever fucking gets out." He chuckles.

"He's like a girl, takes the longest showers." I laugh with Cameron.

"You're so pretty when you laugh."

I look at Cameron and say, "Thanks."

"No problem."

Cameron cups my cheek with his hand, and rubs part of it with the pad of his thumb.

"You look so beautiful without makeup, too."

"Thanks."

Cameron leans in, but before his lips touch mine, we hear a cough.

Cameron and I quickly look towards the door, where Toby is standing, smirking at us. "Sorry to interrupt,  but this is my room, too."

I quickly get up.

"Well, I'm gonna go eat dinner. See you guys down there." I smile, awkwardly and walk out of the room.

"Dude! You could've waited!" I hear Cameron, harshly whisper.

"Sorry, Bro." Toby says and laughs.

Half way through my first pizza, Toby comes down with Cameron hopping behing him.

I have Hayley on one side and Zach on the other. While Jessica and Jeff are in the living room watching tv.

Toby sits down in front of me, on the other side of the table.

I get up from my seat, taking my plate and cup into the kitchen.
