Sapphire POV

I've been in this room for hours now "sapphire it's time to prepare dinner get started" emerald says opening the door for me i then walk in the kitchen 40 minutes later I'm done preparing food "...dinner is ready...." I went straight to bed i didn't feel hungry the prince it self invited me to the engagement party of his cousin Prince amethyst but i will not be there because of my step family they always want to ruin everything and i bet they are super happy....i know one day.... All of this will... End...

Ruby POV

YEY! I was able to ask sapphire to the party this will be awesome i guess if Esmeralda and emerald don't ruin everything thing....."ruby?....RUBY!" Peridot said "yes peridot?"

Peridot: "Ruby what is wrong with you what are you thinking about?"

Ruby: about the engagement party tomorrow

Peridot: since when are you interested in parties?

Ruby: who said i was interested in the party?

Peridot: then why are you going?

Ruby: you will find out on your own brother

After saying that i left and went to my father's office

Ruby: dad? Can i talk to you?

Peridox: yes Ruby what is it?

Ruby: is about a girl i might like her but i can't love her

Peridox: why is that?

Ruby: her family won't let her and even tho they would she would never feel the same way she sees me just as a friend...

Peridox: if you feel something for her confess your love like i did

Ruby: how did you do it?

Peridox: it all happened when my father Green flame did this play date for me i escaped from my room and went to the village and met your mother she was helping people and she treated everyone the same way even if she saw me she wouldn't change she will still treat me like everyone else she was special...but tell me do i know her?

Peridox: is she charming?

I left dad's office and went to my room and sleep

I woke up and got prepared i got lion and went to Sapphire's house i knocked and emerald answered "my prince why are you here today?" She asked me " I'm here to pick up sapphire is she home?" "No she is not but i could go with you i don't have much things to do"she said "then I'll wait till she comes back from wherever she is" i say entering in the house i sat down in the chair and waited
