Peridot POV

After hearing that story i couldn't believe what i heard Esmeralda is a killer and worst of all she is holding sapphire "I've got a plan let's go get sapphire ourselves and ruby then we find a way to get revenge let's go lapis" i said as i helped lapis hop on dorito we reached "Esmeralda's" house i knocked on the door and emerald answered "hi is ruby here?" "Oh my prince yes he is here come in"

Peridot: no need to come in ruby needs to come out our dad is calling us

Emerald: s-sure

Ruby: I'm coming.....tell sapphire I'll see her tomm-

Peridot: later bye!

I dragged ruby lion dorito and lapis behind a bush

Ruby: what's wrong with you shouldn't we go to the palace?

Peridot: no

Ruby: then why are we here?

Lapis: yea why?

Peridot: silence look over the window in the kitchen isn't that sapphire?

Ruby: b-but how she was out

Peridot: more likely emerald lied to you

Ruby: I'll show her

Peridot: no I've got a plan let's just sapphire come out alone so we can take her and everybody is happy

Ruby: not sapphire....

Lapis: right Esmeralda will find out cause how will sapphire explain her sudden disappearance from the village and coming late?

Peridot: right....

Ruby: it's ok go to the ball I'll stay here if sapphire isn't going i won't either

Lapis: awww that's cute

Ruby: cute?

Lapis: yea cute

Ruby: ok?

Peridot: i won't go without my little brother

Ruby: you have your lady so just go i want you to beside you didn't invite lapis to stay behind a bush but to dance in a dance floor just go have fun I'll find  a way to get sapphire out of there

Peridot: o-ok later

Lapis: bye!

Ruby POV

Now is my chance to show her how much i care about her i waited for thirty minutes and finally sapphire came out of the house "hi sapph what are you up to?" I asked smiling at her "i have to go buy some supplies what brings you here?" She smiled back and i can fill my face heat "well i was here to come get you to the engagement party but you were nowhere to be found" she then looked down "s-sorry " "it's ok now you are here can i call you sapph?" I asked "s-sure" we reached the village to get the supplies i decided to help her "this was all thanks for helping me ruby really it means a lot" god she is beautiful "no problem Bob" "Bob?" "I meant sapph let's get this stuff at your house" she nodded

???: sapphire is that you?

Sapphire: omg Alex is that really you?

Alex: the one and only

Sapphire then ran over him and hugged him "who is he?" I asked "I'm her boyfriend you most be Prince ruby it's a pleasure to meet you" "b-boyfriend?" "Yes is something wrong ruby?" "Y-yea sapph just happy for you guys let's drop this at your place and-" "don't worry prince ruby I'll help her it's my duty as her boyfriend after all" "b-but i want to-" "Ruby it's ok after all I'm in good hands right Alex?" She said smiling he made her smile and i can't? "O-ok i-i'll see you  t-tomorrow sapphire" i went back to lion and dashed to the castle were i locked myself in my room and didn't come out why do i feel so bad all of a sudden is this how it feels to be heart broken? And that smile was warm and i could feel she was happier with him around ugh i hate Alex I've got the feeling that he isn't such a good boy...

Alex POV

She will be mine along with all of her inheritance hah she is such a good little girl but even a stupid one HAHAHAHAHA
