Charles called for Glen and Knight of One, Bismarck Waldstein. "Your majesty, you've called us", Bismarck knelt down while Glen stood still and just looked at his brother. "Glen, my brother, you've been locked up in your room for almost a decade. Dont you miss the sound of riot?", Charles asked. "War should be the last resort. As how I taught Bismarck", Glen answered. "Glen, you are already growing old. If you dont gain power this time, Scheneizel will succeed the throne", Charles looked at his eyes. "Brother, thank you for your concern. Once Scheneizel succeeds your throne, then I can finally be free. I will take Saphira with me and live peacefully", Glen answered. "You will never go at peace Glen, there are always remnants of the ghost that will haunt you. Did you forget almost all of  our area was won by you", Charles reminded. Bismarck stood up. "I believe his highness is tired from our training a while ago. May you excuse us, Your majesty", Bismarck assisted Glen outside the room.

They walked along the corridor. "Bismarck, can you still see a shadow of monster in me?", Glen asked. "No, your highness. Dont mind what his majesty told you a while ago. You just have to rest", Bismarck answered. "Bismarck, get ready. I want to see my daughter soon. I'll be going back to Area 11", Glen informed. "If his majesty learns about this, he will use you as a pawn in that area. I heard resistance is strong in there", Bismarck informed. "I dont mind. As long as I can protect Saphira. I wasn't able to protect her mother and now... I fear that I will lose her too", Glen punched the wall. "Princess got a skilled knight beside her. Plus, her highness strong. You know that better than anyone else. Your Highness", Bismark encouraged. 

Sword of Akasha

"Are you sure of keeping Glen here?", V.v asked as Charles enters. "Its better than having his mind twisted by my stupid son", Charles answered. "In exchange, he is suffering", V.v cupped his face. "He deserves that. He killed so many people and also participated in the creation of Geass robots",  Charles commented. "You're so naive, Charles. You dont know what conscience will do. If ever he turns against us, I have no choice but to kill Saphira", V.v stood up and looked beyond the horizon.

"Right. That evil witch of hers", Charles laughed. 

Horai Island

The Black Knights shouted in victory as they landed on the island. Kallen accompanied Zero at his room. "Diethard, are you done with the preparation?", Zero called him over the phone. He ended the call. "Are we going to have another battle?", Kallen asked. "I need to have someone to substitute me while I am gone in order to cease suspicions from me", Zero explained. "Thank you for coming back", Kallen said shyly. Zero removed his mask and closed the door behind them. "Kallen, I am a man of my words", Lelouch said with dignity. "By the way Zero, is Saphira our enemy?", Kallen asked. "What do you think?", Zero asked. "She's on the other side which means she is", Kallen answered. "Wrong. Saphira is not an enemy. When the time comes, she will realize her place", Lelouch slammed the table. "Who is... Saphira?", Kallen asked.

Viceroy's Palace.
Conference Room

Lloyd, Cecil, Suzaku,Gino, Anya, and Saphira sits around the table. "Whats with the long faces?", Lloyd asked. "I cant believe that we just let them go like that", Suzaku clenched his fist. "At least, no one died", Saphira commented. "Princess has a point", Gino sided with Saphira. "If ever we were to shoot any of them, how do you think Japanese will ever trust us again? Plus, I dont want to repeat what happened last year", Saphira added while reading some news on the tablet.

What happened last year?

 "Your Highness, what's the plan now? Are we going after them?", Lloyd asked. The door opened. "Prince Scheneizel? Nina?", Cecil stood up and bowed along with the other Knights of Rounds. "We are going to destroy their alliance", Scheneizel had a grin on his face. "I will have Odysseus marrying China's Empress and will have Zero's head as the wedding gift", Scheneizel opened up the plan.

Suzaku's Room

Saphira opened the door but it was empty. "If you are looking for him, he's at the underground with Gino and Anya preparing for tomorrow", Lloyd peeked inside. Saphira blushed and was about to leave. "You can stay, I wont tell anyone", Lloyd pushed her inside. Lloyd closed the door leaving Saphira inside the room. She can smell Suzaku's scent. It was like a mixture of blueberry and mint. She sat down his bed and saw how neatly it is fixed. "He doesn't use you so often, doesnt he?", Saphira lies down the bed. "Lelouch, Suzaku is now after your head again. What kind of miracle are you going to show this time?", Saphira talked to the wind. She looked around and saw some books piled up his table. His closet full of clothes. There is also a small tatami mat on the side and a wooden sword. "You're a japanese after all", Saphira smiled. Her eyes became heavy and eventually slept.

Gino and Suzaku separated at the corridor. He entered his room and was startled to see Saphira lying on his bed. "I will get a punishment once they see you here", Suzaku faced palmed. He was about to carry her when Saphira slept talked. "It's unfair how the world still turns even with the fact that you're dead. I should have been the one who died. I cannot atone the sins that I've done", Saphira sounded apologetic. She started to shed tears. "Sorry, that I was the one who lived", Saphira gasped for air. 

Saphira's Room

Suzaku lets her down and place blanket on her. "You dont have to apologize Saphira. You guys were friends, right?", Suzaku whispered. He also wiped her tears. He fixed Saphira's bangs but withdrawn his hands when Euphy's face flashed on his mind. "Getting cozy, arent we?", Suzaku heard a voice. He turned and saw the leader of the Round Table. "Your Highness", he knelt down. "Raise your head, Suzaku. Thank you for taking care of my daughter. I will take charge from now", Glen smiled and motioned him to go out. Suzaku did ad what was asked.

The Next Day...

Saphira woke up and felt someone beside her. She smiled and pushed him out of the bed. "You old man, you should stay at your room. Dont tell me you're afraid of the dark again", Saphira yawned. Glen massaged his head and sat down the floor. "Welcome Dad", Saphira smiled. "Im back", Glen replied. "What time is it?", Saphira asked. "Its nearly lunch?", Glen answered. Saphira rushed to take a bath and also fixed herself. "Where are you going?", Glen asked. "I am meeting with our school's president. We are going to have a shopping", Saphira said excitingly. "Shopping?", Glen tilted his head. "Its when girls go out and buy some stuffs", Saphira informed. "Aren't you going to eat lunch?", Glen asked. "I will have lunch with President and Shirley", Saphira answered and dashed outside.

"Welcome home, Dad", Saphira shouted.
