Lelouch was able to take hold of the Holy Britain Empire. He also made Suzaku as the Knight of Zero.

Villa Aries

"We are near at it, Suzaku", Lelouch chuckled. "Yeah", Suzaku said in a low voice. Lloyd came to report about a disturbance by the Knight of Rounds. He went there to tell Suzaku about the adjustment they did for Lancelot. Lelouch looked at Lelouch. "Go teach them a lesson", Lelouch ordered. "Yes, your majesty", Suzaku bowed and left.
He went outside the pendragon and went to have a battle with the remaining loyals of Charles. He took them out. "How can a single Knightmare destroy the whole thing?", Gino looked around. He attacked Suzaku. "You can still come back to us, Suzaku", he offered. "This is my decision, Gino", Suzaku answered. "How about Saphira?", Gino asked. "You already own her, right? Gino?", Suzaku looked at his compass and saw that it was pointing at Gino's direction. He slashed Tristan and proceeded on fighting Bismarck. Gino held unto the necklace Saphira gave him.

Hideout of Scheneizel
Saphira's Room

Gino sit beside her. She was just silently looking outside the window. Its been two months since Saphira never talked to anyone. She never also went out of her room.  "The moon is beautiful, isnt it?", Gino asked. Saphira didn't show any response. Gino was like a wind. "Sorry Gino. Right now, Saphira is not the same as who you thought her to be. The trauma of her past is coming back", Glen entered to bring food. Glen fed Saphira. "I also did this before when I rescued her from the laboratory. I killed most of her comrades. Charles made me baby sit her", Glen narrated. "You're wrong. Saphira is still here. Right?", Gino held Saphira's hand but didnt budge. Gino stepped back. "Who's fault is this?", Gino asked. "Its... no one's fault", Glen bit his lips. "No one?!", Gino asked. "Gino. I cannot say its Charles fault. We cannot put blame on someone's who's already dead", Glen lectured. "Gino... what did Saphira tell you before?", Glen asked. "She wanted me to follow what I wanted to", Gino answered. "What is it that you want to do?", Glen asked. "I am going to stop Suzaku!", Gino clenched his fist. Saphira flinched. "Right! I am going to stop Suzaku. He's became my enemy now. That's why when I come back, I want to laugh with you again. I want to play with you again. I want to be... the way we were before", Gino looked at Saphira. After sometime, Saphira shed tears. "Gino", she called out. Glen was also startled to hear her talk. "Come here", Saphira reached out his hand. "Why are you going to stop Suzaku and Lelouch?", Saphira asked. "Because this is the path I chose", Gino said with serious tone. His eyes werent laughing. Saphira removed her necklace and wore it to Gino's neck. "Come back", Saphira hugged his head.

Present....

Gino punched the walls of his Knightmare are swore to himself that he'll be stronger. Strong enough to fulfill his task.

Ashford Academy
Lelouch invited the United Federation of Nations to join hands with him at a Neutral Ground which is Ashford academy. Kallen went to fetch Lelouch. They walked heading to the Student Council Office. "This brings back memories Lelouch",Kallen opened. "Does it?", Lelouch looked around. He glanced at every corner. "Is Saphira still alive?", Kallen asked. "I think so", Lelouch answered.  "Lelouch, thank you for saving us. Thank you for being Zero", Kallen looked back to him and sealed her farewell with a kiss. Lelouch didn't budge then went separate ways with Kallen. The meeting proceeded but failed. Lelouch took the leaders of UFN as hostages.

A video call reached him. It was Scheneizel. "A person like you isnt fit to be an emperor", Scheneizel said. "And you are?", Lelouch asked. "No", Scheneizel showed Nunnally. "Suzaku... Brother. You have to stop what you are doing!", Nunnally ordered. Lelouch was taken back. "Brother. Now I knew that you were Zero. Surrender to us now", Nunnally said. "What's making you say that?", Lelouch asked. Scheneizel showed the Pendragon erased by FLEIJA. "The science department was able to developed it. Thanks to Nina's prior research ", Scheneizel boasted. 

Damocles
Garden

"Saphira. Are we really going to fight against Suzaku and Brother?", Nunnally asked. "If I have to just to protect you. You are very important to them", Saphira answered. "Saphira. Stop this madness!!!", Glen entered with guards following him. "Why was he able to come here?", Saphira asked. "Saphira. I order you not to go!!", Glen shouted. "Father... I cant let have your hands tainted again. You've done enough", Saphira went close to Glen and injected sleeping drugs. "Sleep first, Dad. When you wake up, it'll be a peaceful place now", Saphira whispered. "Sto...p", Glen fell on the ground. "Guard him well", Saphira glared at one guard. "I've brought Aurora", Gino entered. "Nunnally, you'll be safe here. Dont worry about us", Saphira held her hands. Nunally knew she wasnt lying. "Saphira... you've changed", Nunnally noticed. Saphira smiled and boarded Aurora. Gino also entered Tristan. Both Knightmares exited the place and went at Horai Island.

Horai Island

Kallen and the rest are waiting for the two. Saphira went to discuss about the plan to UFN. Kallen and Gino are outside and watching the sea. "Why did you turn your back against Britain?", Kallen asked. "What you told me knocked my head off. I am now fighting because of what you said", Gino chuckled and held unto the necklace.  "You're welcome", Kallen said shyly. "I beg your pardon?", Gino laughed. "Gino, we're staying here for a while", Saphira called him. "Saphira", Kallen looked at her. "Good to see you healthy, Kallen", Saphira said with a cold voice. "What happened to you?", Kallen asked. "Did that scare you?", Saphira laughed and hang her hands around Kallen. "I'm starting to loose myself, Kallen. But being beside people who will remind me of who I am suppose to be makes me feel at ease", Saphira poked Kallen's face. "I wont ask whatever details. I just want to know if you really are on our side", Kallen looked down. "Are you tired of being betrayed?" Saphira asked. Kallen nodded. "Then, I promise. I wont", Saphira made a pinky swear. "Gino, your Knightmare will be needing repair. I will have Guren accompany me on roaming around Tokyo Settlement", Saphira ordered. "Yes, your highness", Gino bowed. "Can I ask another suit?",  Saphira asked. "Dont go getting other people's clothe", Kallen sighed. Rakshata came to give a suit. White and blue linings like Aurora. "This Knightmare is well organized", Rakshata appreciated. "My friends back at the Laboratory made it", Saphira informed. "I see. Forgive us for touching something sacred", Rakshata apoligized. Saphira changed her clothes and joined Kallen as they head towards Ashford. They destroyed the Britanian Knightmare and claimed it as their Zone.

Student Council's Office

"Isnt it amazing, the student council members are fighting for the world", Milly faked a laughter. "I couldnt even protect Nina!!!", Rivalz slammed the table. "You did your best, Rivalz. From now on, we have to live", Milly remembered Shirley and the rest of the Student Council. Saphira and Kallen entered the room. "Kallen, Saphira?", Milly was startled. Saphira ran towards them and hugged them. "Saphira", Kallen called out. "Where is Nina?", Saphira asked. "She was taken by Lelouch", Rivalz answered. "You're really a nice girl. You hid her here at Ashford and now you're concerned about her", Milly chuckled. "Milly, I want you to leave this Area as soon as possible", Saphira lets go of them. "I cannot", Milly stood firm. "I will also have to fight with how I can", Milly placed her hands on Saphira's heart. "Remember when we were at the miliraty training. Even if you were a royalty, you made me your friend. You would always come running to me complaining about princess Euphemia always beating you in everything", Milly remembered. " I still want to be your friend, Saphira. Come running to me, anytime", Milly offered.
