I sprinted up the stairs past the large crowd of people staring at me. I had grown used to the stares; it happened every day. I ran because I needed to find Haruhi. She told me to meet her somewhere before school started, and I was running late.

Finally, I reached the hallway, panting. "H-Haruhi?" Nobody answered. Confused, I approached the classroom- music room #3. I knew it was abandoned, so maybe she was hiding in there?

I threw open the doors, when I was assaulted by flying rose petals. I coughed, waving away the strong fragrance. "What in-"

"Welcome!" A familiar voice called out.

"Haruhi? What's with the rose petals?"

"Oh! Y/n! I wondered if you'd ever get here!" She scooped me up in a hug, smiling.

"Hey! Uh, why did you need to meet me in here?"

She became slightly fidgety. "Well, you know how I can't hang out after school anymore?"

"Yeah...?"

"It's not because I have to much homework. I'm part of a club..." She trailed off nervously.

"That's no reason to be embarrassed! Joining clubs is good, I'm proud of you!" I smiled, but she didn't return it.

"You don't understand. I'm part of the-"

"Haruhi! Oh Haruhi! There you are! You need to put on this dress we found you!"

Haruhi rolled her eyes as I stared at the gentleman running up to us. It was Tamaki, the prince of the school. Haruhi knew him?! "How many times have I told you, Senpai. I'm not wearing any of the dresses you pick for me. I'd rather choose my own." She rolled her eyes.

"Oh! Who is this lovely princess? A new customer, perhaps?" He looked at me, and I blushed nervously under his gaze.

"H-Hello."

"Oh, this is my friend Y/n. I'm just telling her about the host club, and then she's leaving. I'm not letting you guys suck her into your little thing." She folded her arms.

"W-Wait. You're in the host club?"

She sighed. "Yes, unfortunately. These weirdos trapped me."

"Hey! That's not true!" Tamaki cried.

"Yes, you got yourself trapped here by breaking that vase." A new voice spoke up as they came out of a side room.

"Y/n, this is Kyoya. If he wasn't here, this club would be in shambles." Haruhi introduced me.

"Hello."

"Hey." I waved awkwardly.

"-can't believe you!"

"I've told you a million times not eat Honey's sweets, you idiot!" Two new voices bickered as a pair of twins sprinted out a different door. They had wild red hair, and seemed to be running from something.

"Hikaru! Kauru! Stop running and come say hi!" Haruhi called.

They immediately changed courses and jogged over to us. "Hey!" They greeted me in unison.

"Y/n, this is Hikaru," she gestured to one. "-and Kauru." She pointed to the other.

"How can you always tell us apart?" Hikaru whined.

"Easy." She shrugged.

"Hello Y/n. A lovely name for a lovely lady." Kauru kissed my hand, but Haruhi snatched it from him.

"Don't touch her, she's my friend, not a customer." She hissed.

"You don't seem to like these guys very much. Why do you hang out with them?" I whispered.

"I broke a vase on accident, so I have to pay off my 8 million yen."

"8 million!" I shouted in shock.

"Hey, what's all the ruckus?" A small voice called from the door the twins came out of. They immediately tensed up, nervous.

"Gotta go!" They bolted into the hall just as a sweet little boy rounded the corner.

"Haruhi? Was that you?" He asked, hopping over.

"No, sorry. But while you're here, meet my friend Y/n. Y/n, this is Honey- he's the oldest one at the club."

I raised my eyebrows in surprise. He looked so young! "It's lovely to meet you Honey."

"Nice you meet you! Do you like sweets! We could have a tea party!" He grabbed my hands and jumped excitedly.

"Uh, I gotta go soon, maybe some other time."

"Oh. I understand. I know Takashi will have some though! Takashiii!" He cried, and a tall man walked in. He was extremely intimidating, and I withered under his gaze.

"That's Mori. He's Honey's guard and best friend."

I weakly waved, and he slightly nodded, before following Honey back through the door to get some sweets.

"See why I didn't tell you about this?" Haruhi asked.

"Are you saying you're embarrassed by us! Haruhi!" Tamaki whined, rolling on the floor like a spoiled child.

"Look Senpai, I like you guys just fine. I just don't want you getting Y/n dragged into all of this."

"I'll come visit again." I blurted, surprising myself.

Tamaki hopped up, grinning at me. "Really? Oh, yay!" He cheered.

"Are you sure, Y/n? You don't have to."

I shrugged. "I don't see why not."

The bell rang, so I quickly spun around. "See you guys around!" I called over my shoulder.

They didn't seem too bad...

Haruhi's POV

That poor child...

Okay, this felt weird to me. I dunno...
Anyway, this was kind of a request from @Mouna_Mehnaz so there ya go darlin'! Hopefully that was decent, I'm not terribly proud.
