(Time skip 1 month)
-Crystals POV-
"Kaida! Kaida! Here's another piece of broken ice from the edge of the forest!" I yell, while I carry a rather large piece of ice.
"In the forge, Crystal! Put it over there. Oh 'Crystal'!" Kaida tells me as I struggle to fly in.
"What? It's heavy!" I question.
"You could have asked for help." Alec replies as he wraps his arm around Kaida's shoulders.
"Or not have grabbed such a large piece of ice." Kaida adds, her cheeks burning up.
"Whatever." I say rolling my eyes and throwing the piece of ice on the floor before flying out the window.
" 'Crystal'! Really!" I hear Kaida shout from inside the forge.

-Kaida's POV-
"Ummmm, what was that about?" My sister, Amelia asks confused.
"Nothing, don't mind her. She's just moody." I answer.
Amelia nods in understanding, while my father comes rushing in with a ton of worn down swords and weapons.
"Here you go Kaida, this should be the last order for the day." He says, setting the weapons down.
"Thanks dad! I will get the forge going!" I say, taking Alec's arm off of my shoulders and started towards the furnace.
I walk towards the furnace and grab some extra coals to keep the fire going. I toss the coals into the fire pit, and lit the fire with my powers.
"Got the forge lit dad! Do you need any help?" I call out.
"No, I think I can handle this batch! Thanks Kaida!" Dad yells back.
Smiling I make my way out of the forge and into town to grab some more broken pieces of ice. On my way there I see Alec, Ben, and Eve talking in the main square. I wave as I quickly make my way over to them.
"Hey! Are you all liking Berk?" I ask my friends.
"How can we not! The weapons area is AMAZING!" Ben replies.
"I do! The forge is really unique!" Eve adds.
"I really like it, besides, I'm good anywhere you are." Alec finishes while snaking his arm around my waist.
"Alec! That's so...." I start, a blush making its way to my cheeks when my brother, Travis, interrupts me mid sentence.
"Kaida! There you are! I was looking for you!" Travis comes up to us yelling, but stops when he sees the redness in my cheeks.
"Ummmm, Kaida? Are you ok? Your face is kinda red." Travis points out, completely oblivious.
"It is?! OMG!!! Come with me Kaida! We need to have a girl talk. You to Eve! Come on! Let's go find Alexa and the other girls!" My sister, Amelia says dragging me away from my friends by the arm.
Once we find the other girls, we head to mine and Amelia's house and go to our joining room. Amelia closes the door to make sure we are alone and sits down with the rest of us.
