Chapter 4

I returned to Licht's place a week later to find Licht kicking Lawless into the wall, which happened to be next to the door. I sighed and grabbed Lawless's arm, helping him get up. I looked over at Licht, "If you don't want him as your SerVamp, just released the contract" I said.

"I'm going to purify this demon. That is what me as an angel must do" he said. I face palmed. "Would you just stop this, Licht! You are not an angel! You are a human!" I yelled at him. I sat down on a nearby chair, and sighed, resting my head in my hands. "Why am I friends with a crazy person?" I muttered. "I could ask the same thing" Licht said from above me. I looked up at him, "I am crazy about a certain topic, not crazy overall, unlike you" I said.

I looked at Lawless who was sitting on the arm of the chair I was in, in his animal from."How do you put up with this guy, Lawless?" I asked. He just shrugged his shoulders, "Call me Hyde. That is the name I was given by Angel-chan" he said. "Sometimes her levell'd eyes their carriage ride, as they did battery to the spheres intend; sometime diverted their poor balls are tied to the orbed earth; sometimes they do extend" I said. "What a lovely part of a love poem, I must say, by William of course" Licht looked at me. "You are nothing but insane now, y/n" "rude" I said back. "Tch, whatever" he said, leaving the room. I looked over at Hyde, "Are you hungry? I know I am" I said and got up and went towards the kitchen. He followed me, turning into his vampire form. Once in the kitchen, I got on top of the counter, reaching my hand into the back of the top cupboard. Hyde looked at me questioningly. I gave him a smirk, "Licht always hides his sweets here, as long as not many are taken he won't notice" I said. A small grin appeared on his face, "Nice to know, I didn't think you were a mischievous girl" he said. "There is a lot you don't know about me, Hyde".

An hour later, the two of us convinced Licht to go outside since me and Hyde wanted to run around the town. We went from place to place with the occasional sweet shop. "Lawly! Carry meee!" I complained out of tiredness. "But whyyy!" he whined back at me. "My feet hurt, that's why" I said. He let out a fake irritated sighed and crouched down. I laughed and wrapped my arms around his neck. He stood up and held onto my legs. (I totally forgot about the whole Servamps turning into animals in the sunlight. Woops)

It was dark out and I gave directions to where I lived since I was barley awake at the moment. I was on Hyde's back, barley keeping my eyes open. Once he reached the door, I tiredly handed the keys to him. He unlocked the door, set the keys on a table and made his way to my room. He gently set me down on the matress, and I was out like a light.

Licht POV
I followed behind the Shakespeare idiots as y/n was carried into her apartment by Hyde. He set her down and what happened next made me want to laugh. Y/n held a tight grip onto Hyde. Even changing form didn't help. "Bye. Make your way back when she wakes up. Don't purposely wake her up, it gets scary" then I shut the front door behind me. I faintly head him telling as I made my way back home. The distance would be fine as long as it wasn't any longer than 24 hours.
