Chapter 16

I swung my legs as I sat on the counter. It has been a few days since most of my memory came back, and everyone was sitting around in a group, "Okay, obviously there is a problem. We need this fixed. Tsubaki, take me through how you got to this point. I know I'm your subclass, but I'm here to help you as a friend".

Time Skip (we all know his backstory)

I nodded my head after Tsubaki finished explaining everything, "You truly are melancholy. True sadness, and it all happened because of Sleepy Ash's decision". Jumped down from the counter I sat on and walked over to Sleepy Ash. I looked him in the eye and sighed from frustration, then I hit him on the head, "You are such an idiot! When you figured out Tsubaki was a servamp, you should have tried helping him! That is what an older brother is supposed to do! Not just with Tsubaki either! Lawless has been hurting too! What kind of big brother are you!" I yelled and ran out. I couldn't let them see me like this.

I sat in the cold darkness of the garage. It was quiet as I cried, huddled in a corner. I heard the bing of the elevator, and I looked up with teary eyes to see Sakuya walking over to me. "He doesn't understand. Family is supposed to help each other out. He's done the opposite of that! How could he do that?" "I couldn't tell you. At least you are trying to help". I stood up and sighed, "I'm going out. Let Tsubaki know, and don't try to follow me, okay?" he nodded his head, then I walked through the door that led to the stairs. I stepped outside and walked to the closest park I could find. I sat down next to a tree and closed me eyes.

Time Skip (loss of inspiration)

I stood in front of Lichts' house and waited for someone to open it. When it was opened, I smiled at Licht, "Good day, Licht. Does thy agree?" "What do you want?" he asked with a scowl. I just want to kill Hyde is all" I said with an angelic smile. He stepped aside, "If you can find the rat" he said as he walked back to his piano. I began walking through his house, searching every room, "Hyyyde! Come out come out, wherever you are!" I yelled, "Never! You'll just kill me!" I heard and ran in that direction. This went on for quite awhile before I finally gave up. I plopped myself down on the couch and sulked. It didn't last too long though, because I could hear Licht playing Beethoven. I smiled as I stood up and walked over to the slightly ajar door and watched him play. He truly loves the piano, that's one thing that never changes. I began to cry, knowing that he wold age and eventually die, but I would stay the same. There's nothing I could do to change that. I covered my eyes as I wept, going to the floor. I felt warmth and looked up to see Hyde with a sad look on his face. He knelt down next to me and gave me a hug without saying a word. "Hyde? What-" "Don't say anything. Just know we both care about you. You'll be okay" "But Licht'll d-" "Don't say it. Just know that he truly cares about you, even if you are no longer a human. Don't worry". He wiped away my tears and touched his forehead to mine. "Don't worry, okay? Just have fun with him while you can" he said as he stood up.
