It had been years since rogue one. Years. So many rebels had died. So many rebels. Including the entire ghost crew. Including Crystal. They had all just been killed just like that. Just days before the empire fell. Exactly 12 days and two months. After it fell what little was left of the crew was buried on Loathal with Ezra Bridger. Yet, the galaxy still rotated. Everything continued just even better than before.
Nala ran through the grave yard with he hands over her head. The energetic three year old blond child was visiting the grave heard with her adopted parents. She let out a high pitched giggle as a young loath cat ran in front of her. Her tiny blue eyes were full of so much joy as she stopped to stare at the new creature to look at it. She never even realized her father was behind her.
"I got you!" He father smirked grabbing her. Nala let out a high pitched scream of excitement as she snuggled into her father's large arms. He laughed a bit as Nala began to laugh as well.
"You two stop it. You both shouldn't be acting like wild animals." Nala's mother laughed. Kyle looked at his wife as Nala trie dot get comfy in his arms.
"Says the one of us who ate twenty pancakes this morning." Kyle smirked at his wife. She gave him a death glare.
"And who's fault is that for putting two kids in me?!" His wife snapped pointing at her swollen stomach with her free hand. Kyle smirked.
"The one of us that told me she wanted a baby on our four year anniversary nine months ago." Kyle smirked. Nala quickly jumped out of her father's arms. She wasn't having another pillow hit her that was meant for her father. Well the only difference would be it there was only a bouquet of flowers.
"Look I'll give you one more chance before I kill you when we get back home." She sighed. Kyle just sighed as he took his daughters eyes. They fallowed her to the largest grave with a ship carved on it.
His wife's eyes seemed to collect tears looking at it. She then whipped her teary eyes on her free hand. When she was younger she wanted to join them. To be like them. Now that she was older she realized how wrong she was. If she was exactly like them she wouldn't be here today.
She tried to drop the flowers on top of the grave but, the wind caught it blowing it to the left. With a sighed she walked over to the flowers and tried to bend down to pick them up. That failed. Horribly. She eventually ended up trying to get her knees to move and ended up sweating while standing in place. She looked like she was on the verge of tears before Kyle picked the bouquet up.
"Hey, why don't you go sit down." Kyle stated as he held the flowers in his arms.
"No. Kyle, I am a grown women who can do things by her self." His wife explained trying to grab the flowers out of his hands. He ended up holding it over his head where she couldn't reach them. Which was a good thing. She had been working her self to the bone this week.
"Yeah a grown women who's three days away from having twins who both have horns on their head. So you're gonna go sit over there with Nala and rest while I tell them what you wanted to say." Kyle stated.
"No your not! I don't need to rest!" She stated loudly as she tried to grab the flowers again. Then she began panting as she dropped her arms.
"M-maybe your right." She sighed.
"You know I am beautiful. Now why don't you just go rest." Kyle smiled. She just sighed as Nala lead her over to the bench. While both adopted mother and daughter sat there laughing with each other, Kyle dropped to his knees. Next he place dyne flowers on top of the grave.
"Hey. I don't know if you remember me but, I'm Kyle. Like almost all of you meet me at Dj and Thexan's wedding 12 years ago. Except for Ezra Bridger who was right next to you. So, as you can guess a lot had happened." Kyle smiled. His eyes looked at them for a minute.
"I'll tell ya one thing that happened was that DJ got better. He wasn't sick anymore. For six years he was cancer free. He and Thexan adopted two kids. They are the cutest kids ever but, eventually DJ got sick again. When it happened again, he died but, left Thexan with a large family. As of now, he's engaged again to a young male who already has two other kids. They're happy and asked Morgan to be their maid of honour. They both help speak against what little slavery is left these days." Kyle explained.
"As for Juno, her old boyfriend knocked her up then left her. So Galen stayed there for her throughout everything. She had a daughter named Luna and began dating Galen. They got married literally two year ago and had a son two weeks ago. Both of them woke in the new republic. Juno is an elected official and Galen is her body guard. Yeah, I don't wanna know what they do in the bedroom either."
"Oh and Arcann got married too. She's a lovely mandalorain women who surprisingly hates war. Sabine introduced them to each other at your funeral. They got married about five years ago and finally had kids about a year ago. She's a really cute kid Hera. I wish you meet her. Morgana talked them into naming her Sally for some reason. Oh and Arcann is currently working at something called a school. It's a place where all the kids go to learn. It's pretty cool."
"Oh and Opal got remarried. This time her husband is rich as hell and treats her well. They even had another kid six years ago. This time it was a boy who they named Maison. Opal also got her own science research station and is still looking for Morgana's species. Yet, I know she won't ever stop looking. It's something about being sisters."
"As for Angie, Maria and Eliza, they all got remarried at had two other kids. That is before Angie had a heart attack. She dropped dead in the middle of a market place she worked at. Eliza works as a doctor trying to prevent this from happening again. As for Maria, she works as a lawyer now. Surprisingly right?"
"Sky got married and had two kids. Her husband dropped dead three years ago but, she's a strong women. She's moving on. As for Jasper, she works at the same school as Arcann and had only the one kid. Meanwhile Carrie just got married a week ago. She doesn't have kids yet but, plans on having or adopting at least one or two kids. Oh and Amy, had one son. She never got to hold him though. She died having him but, Galen looks after him though. Oh and Bella had thee kids after marrying her wife. Who by the way is trans but, she's still awesome. As for Lizzy, she was adopted by Maria. She's dating a nice guy now. Yet, if he breaks her heart I broke a his pin. Same thing goes for Rosie's boyfriend, Philip's girlfriend, Jame-I mean Jasmine's girlfriend and any other cousins I forgot are dating's partner as of today."
"Now as you can see I got married to a girl who always made me laugh and liked me for me. She's the best girl I ever had in my life. She's the best women I have ever meet. It's kinda funny though. We were told we couldn't have kids for so long so we adopted little Nala over there. Yet, one night my wife got drunk and now we're having twins."
"I know you don't care about me but, I just want you all to know that I'm going to protect her and listen to her. After all she said you were family. After all you did raise Morgana for a while and help her through tough times. She still wishes that you were at our wedding some times but, she knows your still with us in spirt. So, I want you all to know that no matter what I hear, you all will be my heroes for bringing a wonderful women into my life and your sacrifices. So than, upyou.." Kyle smiled looking at that grave.
"Kyle, you ready to go?" Morgana yelled from across the grave yard. A hint of worry was in her voice.
"Yeah why?" Kyle asked standing up.
"I think my water just broke!" She yelled back. Kyle stood there for a second before her raced over to his wife helping he rot her feet.
