Life is a war,
If you live it, you're happy,
And if you don't, you get sappy,
Fighting the war is not hard,
But for how long would you,
Stand your guard,
Life is mysterious,
It could go haywire,
More than you can take, more than you aspire,
One moment, you get happiness,
One moment despair,
Happiness, so overwhelming,
And despair, more than you can bear,
Life is a loophole,
If you try to avoid it,
It will strike back at you,
If you try to uphold it,
It will try to break you,
But sometimes....
Life is so precious,
And oh so rare,
The person who has it,
Wastes it away,
The person who don't,
Wish to live one more day,
So life is a war, mystery, loophole and rare,
No matter how much you try to keep it dear,
It will never be yours, it will always be for the unknown,
And you've to live on with life, 'til your purpose is known...
