Listen carefully,
Can you hear my woes,
Can you see the pain in my eyes,
Can you hear when my heart cries,
Listen intently,
Can you feel the change in my breath,
With every count, how I wish to die,
Can you understand what I mean,
Just with my appearance,
Not the words I excrete,
Listen for the words unsaid,
Oh, how I wish you could,
Listen for all the pains I had,
With every tears I shed,
How I wish I had someone,
Who cared enough for me,
Cared enough to feel my pain,
Cared enough to hear me out,
And cared enough to LISTEN!
