All of us VK's were sitting in class listening to FG talking but I wasn't really paying much attention because all I could think about was my date with Ben yesterday. I mean I know that he really doesn't love me, it's just the cookie talking but every time he says that he loves me I get this warm funny feeling in my stomach and I kinda really like it. I like the feeling of somebody loving me. But my thoughts soon get interrupted by FG. "Children, excuse me. Um, as you know, uh, this Sunday is family day here at Auradon Prep. And because your parents can't be here due to, uh........ distance we've arranged for a special treat." FG tells us as she turns on the computer thats shows the faces of all of our parents!?
"I don't see anything, nor do I hear." Maleficent or should I say mom as she gets up real close to the screen.
"Kids!" Fairy Godmother motions for us to stand up and go up the the computer with her. While we all stand up we all watch Maleficent struggle and messing with the computer trying to get it work.
"Press enter." Jafar reads off of the little pamphlet that he's holding.
"Can I please see a remote?" Maleficent asks or should I say demands and takes it out of The Evil Queen's hands. "Is this thing on? Ugh, It's broken. Ugh!" Mom shouts after she hits some buttons and when they don't work she hits the remote in anger and frustration. "I hate electronic equip...Oh!" Mom starts but she gets stop when she looks up at the screen and sees all of our faces.
"Evie, Ir's mommy! Oh! Look how beautiful. Oh, you know what they say, the poison apple doesn't fall far from the tree." The Evil Queens says looking at Evie.
"Don't you mean the weeds?" Maleficent aks with a snicker. "Ooh! Who's the old bat?" Mom asks when her eyes land on FG.
"This is fairy godmother." I tell them hesitantly.
"Still doing tricks with eggplants?" Mom asks and all of our parents laugh. And that right there is why I didn't want to tell them.
"I turned a pumpkin into a beautiful carriage." FG defends herself. Well I should say tries to defend herself.
"You really couldn't give Cinderella till one A.M.? I mean, really. What, the hamsters had to be back on their little wheels?" Maleficent asks and they all laugh again.
" They were mice! They were not... they were mice." Fairy godmother argues to all of us desperately. "They were not..." FG continues until Mal stops here.
"Thank you so much. Thank you." Mal says gently pushing her to the side.
"Hi mom." Mal greets our mother.
"Mal! I m-m-miss you." Maleficent say struggling to say miss, but EQ slaps her on the head.
"You children are never far from our thoughts." Jafar tells us and we can all tell that none of them have actually missed us or wanted to see us they just want to know about the wand.
