"She's right outside the door, I can smell her." You jumped back at that comment and lost your balance, sending you to the floor. You heard the doorknob twist and the door opened. Your mouth dropped at the sight.

"A-Anti?"

Your eyes raced over the man before you. Black tight, ripped skinny jeans were accompanied by a dark leather jacket that he wore on top. You made eye contact and recognized those same black, soulless eyes.

"That's my name," he replied with a sickening chuckle. You slowly scooted away from him. "Aw, don't play hard to get, lass. Actually, go ahead. I'm always in the mood for a chase." A flash of light caught your eyes as you looked at his pocket. There was only one thing that could be. He was now right in front of you, causing you to gasp at the glitch he did. "Run."

You scrambled to get up and almost fell back down as you sprinted around the house. Your mind was scattered as you tried to find a way out, a way to get help, a way to fight back, and a way to escape. You eventually calmed your pounding head down and focused on three options. Fight, Flight, or Help. As you rounded the corner into the kitchen, you snatched a knife out of the set on the counter. Something to fight with. You heard him laughing behind you. You picked up your pace as you grabbed the car keys lying on the table. Something to flee with. He sounded like he was right beside you, as if he were laughing in your head. You reached for your cell that was on the couch and fumbled with the dial pad as you continued running. You shakily typed 9-1-before Anti grabbed your arms from behind. You screamed as he turned you around. "I caught you!" He laughed as your face twisted with horror. He took the phone out of your hand and set it down. "We don't need anyone else to join the party. We can have fun by ourselves. You don't need anyone else but me." He whispered in your ear. You felt the keys in your hand as he turned his attention toward the knife in your other hand. "Now, what were you going to do with th-," the sound of a car alarm cut him off. You momentarily stunned him and used this opportunity to grab your cell and sprint towards the door. You fumbled with the knob for a few precious seconds before running out the door. You cursed your past self for letting you and Sean buy a house practically in the middle of nowhere. The nearest neighbor was ten miles away. You ran to the car, but hit a body instead. Anti had glitched in front of you. "Looks like you'll have to work a little harder, lass." He gripped your wrists and tugged you towards the door. You thrashed and screamed, earning you annoyed grunts from Anti and increased pressure on your wrists until it felt like they would snap.

He clamped a hand over your mouth and practically dragged you up the porch steps and into the house. You latched on to the door frame and decided to put up a hell of a fight. You screamed again and held a death grip to the wall. Anti grunted again as he tried to drag you by your legs. You attempted to kick his grip away, but it was no use. Leaving one hand on your leg, he worked his way up your body until he snatched one arm away from the door. You screamed even louder as he pulled you inside. You watched in sorrow as he closed the door. It was almost like you were watching the sun set on a day. All the light and hope was slowly diminishing as the door finally closed shut. You heard the lock slide in place and cursed under your breath. Anti slowly turned to you and smiled down at you.

"That was one hell of a fight. You really pleased me in that chase! Next time, don't scream unless I tell you to." He walked over your body and you felt him grab your legs and begin to tug you away from the door. Your palms slid on the floor, but you didn't budge them. It was pointless to fight him; your last bit of hope had closed with the door. You felt him drag you down a hallway and into a room. You looked up to notice foam padding on the wall. This was Jack's recording room. You were finally let go and soon Anti was in your line of sight.

"Don't go anywhere. If I find you out of this room, you will deeply regret it." He shut the door behind him.

You laid on the floor for a couple of minutes, out of touch with reality. Your head spun as you tried to wrap it around the situation at hand. "I had a nightmare about Anti. I woke up and it wasn't real. Me and Jack have been dating. He went to the bathroom and that thing took over. He's here now, he's back again,"  you thought. You snapped back into reality as you heard his footsteps get closer. You sat up and backed your way into the wall behind you. The door opened and Anti stepped in.

"Oh, darling. I've missed you so much. We are going to have so much fun now that he's out of the way." He smirked as he pulled rope out of his pocket. You held your wrists up for him. "Don't make this easy for me. Thrash. Scream. Flail. Kick me in the groin for all I care. Run. I want you to run again."

You met his eyes and your eyebrows pulled together in confusion. He just stared at you and slowly moved out of the way of you and the door. You didn't move, you were afraid of the consequences. Anti kneeled down beside you. You felt his hot breath graze your ear as he spoke.

"Go for it."

You got up and sprinted out of the room, leaving Anti and his sickening chuckle behind you. You ran around before deciding to hide in a closet upstairs. You knew it wasn't the smartest option, but it would have to work. You heard him whistling from what sounded like downstairs.

"Baby, I'm preying on you tonight / Hunt you down eat you alive / Maybe you think that you can hide / I can smell your scent for miles."

The tune seemed to resonate in your ears and it impaired your ability to tell where he was. You tried to peek out of the blinds in the closet door, but you couldn't see much. Suddenly, the door swung open and you were picked up from your crouch.

"Gotcha!" He smirked as he looked at you. "You need to be punished for not hiding well enough. It's not fun when you don't even try." He dragged you down the stairs and back into the room he had originally put you in. You stared up at the ceiling as you awaited whatever horror he would dispel on you.
