Shackled and being dragged through the castle like a common thief I tried to steady myself. The knight's were moving too fast for me to plant my feet to walk with them, and their grips were too strong to try and resist. I still wore the crown of Queen, but I was handled as a traitor. Had Arthur found out about my powers? I had done my best to keep them at bay and to not use them at all, but there were a few slips that maybe could have brought me here. Would Arthur really kill me for being born this way? Would he kill his queen?

I was blinded with a bag over my head but I knew the castle easily, I was thrown on the floor right in front of where our thrones sat. I was now on trial.

"Guinevere you have been found guilty of treason." In Arthur I could see the rage and soulless heart of Uther.

"What have I done to cause you to do this to me?" I tried to play innocent, had this been something else I could make things worse if I said anything incriminating.

"You know exactly what I mean and all I have to say is one word and you will tell me why you would betray your oath to me and to Camelot." Arthur bellowed.

"What could you possibly say to make me become a traitor?" I challenged him. He won't win and he has nothing on me. If I can get out of this I can leave and return home.

"You show in your eyes that you know what you've done so let me make this plainly simple. Who's son is Allister?" My heart sunk as I saw Arthur's anger. How had he found out? He was gone and had no idea, no one knew about it. "He's not my son, so who is his father? You have already sealed your fate, with this you have committed treason and will be charged with death and Allister will follow you."

"How did you find out?" I asked knowing there was no talking my way out of this.

"I was informed that Allister had been born premature, but it had been nine months. What other way is there? But you were my wife so I shall give you this chance. If you tell me who his father is you and Allister will be banished from Camelot and can live in peace, but shall you return you will be executed on the spot."

"What's the catch?"

"Tell me who the father is and you and your son shall go free."

Would he ever forgive me if I gave him in, if I gave himself to protect myself, if this is how I betray my love?

"Arthur!" Lancelot barged through the doors.

"What are you doing here! You killed my father, knights!" Arthur's furry consumed him.

"No need, I give myself but you have to honor your word." Lancelot demanded.

"What word?" Arthur yelled.

"Guinevere and Allister go free."

"Why would I do that? You aren't who I'm after."

"Yes I am, Guinevere won't say it but I will, I willingly give myself to your fury and you keep your word and they go free." Lancelot ordered."Allister is not your son, he's mine!"

"You were once my best friend and I protected you when my father seeked your head, I let you see Guinevere one last time to say goodbye like I could never do for my love. And yet you repay me by breaking my trust! You killed my father and now have taken my own wife from me!" Arthur shouted.

"I was never yours Arthur! My heart never belonged to you and if it wasn't for your father I would have been with Lancelot and sworn to him as I wanted to. Your father deserved to die! He invaded Avalon and brought destruction to anyone who passed his way! And you are no better, you once asked me if you looked like your father and I told you no, that your heart was much larger. I was wrong, you are just as pitiful and if you ever lay a hand on my son I will make sure it's the last thing you ever do to me." I stood up.

"Knights seize them both and tell the executioner to ready his axe." Arthur laughed.

As the guards approached I ripped off Lancelot's bracelet and set fire to my chains allowing them to shatter, and enjoyed watching every second of Arthur's amazement. "That's right your majesty, you married a sorceress. ANd not just any sorceress. My name is Guinevere Moreen Toranasee, daughter of Lord William Toranasee and Lady Maria Wolam. I am a Wolam Witch, and my sister is the rightful heir to Camelot. Morgan La Fay, first child of King Uther while you were the son of a princess who had to be charmed just to blind your father so my sister would be free. I have taken her destiny and became Queen of Camelot. Arthur Pendragon, you are nothing and don't even deserve the crown you wear, for it's gems stand for every life you have killed and every life you have harmed just so you could sit down and order other's who fear you to listen. You are never around to have their loyalty. You don't have their loyalty." I held my head strong. Arthur opened his mouth to speak, "I wasn't finished and you do not have the right to speak to me. I pity the girl who won your heart, because when she sees the monster you are she would wish herself dead to spare her the embarrassment."

"Enough!" Arthur silenced me. "I was once protected you and did my best to save your life, I gave you a place to call home."

"Camelot has never been my home!" I screamed. "And when I swore myself to you the ceremony was never completed. The minister forgot the chalice, had we drank from it we would have been officially bound, but we never did. We have never been married so this isn't treason, I never belonged to you! The only fault of mine was staying ere believing it would protect my people. You can't keep me here and I'm taking my son and his father to somewhere you will never find us!"

"Knights!" Arthur shouted.

"If you are loyal to Arthur then step forward and try and kill me, but if you know in your hearts that he doesn't deserve that crown and your loyalty is nothing but fear then let us leave. The only crime we committed is owning magic, and we were born like this so you can't punish us for being born. Make your choice." I looked to every knight who stood in a circle around Lancelot and myself.

One by one every single one of them dropped their swords and turned to face Arthur, all except Percival. Percival ran at me and knocked Lancelot out of the way. He grabbed my arm and with a twist his blade was my my neck. He started to whisper into my ear, "You need someone on the inside to protect you, knock me out with your magic and fool Arthur to believe I'm loyal, but my loyalty will always remain with you my Queen." With a gust of wind from my hand Percival was knocked out and all of the other knights fled in fear of Arthur.

"Goodbye Arthur, it was a mistake to ever think I cared for you." I glared before turning around and walking towards the door. I heard the cutting of air would've been impaled, but Lancelot stepped in front of me and caught the arrow in mid air just seconds from his heart.

"Don't you know it's rude to try and shot someone in the back?"Lancelot smirked before returning the arrow to Arthur's shoulder, but this time it was in him.

Lancelot took my arm and together we got Allister and fled Camelot, and went into hiding where no one would ever find us. Where both of us once called home, Wolam Island.
