Alison's POV

Omg, I feel like shit...
I can't believe I stood Emily up.
I just..I pulled the panic cord after I read that message.
Even after everything I've done for that bitch... I gave her all my money last year, ran away from home, and left Emily behind, just to save her ass and keep her secret hidden...
But now because I told her I wanted no parts of this anymore if mine or Emily's lives were gonna be put danger, she threatens me?
Who the hell does she think she is...
I have no idea what I'm gonna do because now I feel like I'm losing a game that I don't want to play.
Okay Ali, just breathe and weigh out your options..
She told me that if I didn't break things off with Emily, I was gonna get hurt worse than I did the other night in my house.

But if I broke it off, she said that she'd let me off the hook and that was that...
but I'd lose emily.
I still need that money back. That 15 grand really put a dent in our family's bank, and they still don't know where it went or that I stole it, they just assumed their bank accounts were hacked...
I feel like I'm about to have a panic attack. I need to go sit down...

Alison goes to gather her thoughts and sit down on the school bench outside.
She takes out her phone and re-reads the message the "mystery person" had sent her before she was going to meet Emily at the kissing rock.
We'll call her "Jelly" for now.

Text from Jelly:

You can't avoid me Alison, I may not be there, but I'm always watching you..you know way too much to just call it quits on me now. Either you play it my way, or you and someone you love may get hurt worse than you did the other night..
Break it off with Emily at the kissing rock during lunch or suffer the consequences.

Alison sighs and when she looks up she's greeted with disappointed eyes and frown lines.
Emily, Hanna, Aria, & Spencer are all standing there staring at her, waiting for an explanation..

Emily: So you did have your phone...
Why haven't you returned any of my texts?
Why did you stand me up!?

Alison: Em...I can explain. It's not what it looks like...

Emily: How are you gonna try and spin this one Ali? I mean we know you're a great liar, so I'm sure this is gonna be a good one..

Alison: Everything I told you last night was true...

Hanna leans in to Emily and whispers with confusion.

Hanna: What? What did she tell you..

Emily: We will talk about it later.

Spencer: Who were you on the phone with yesterday Ali?

Alison: What, when?

Spencer: In the hallway, I heard you on the phone arguing about something...
Is someone threatening you?

Alison: I can't talk about that right now...

She starts to get up and leave and Spencer follows after her.

Aria: Are we back to this again...really?
She says looking at Hanna and Emily who just stayed back watching the other 2 girls argue.

Spencer: HEY! This conversation isn't over!

Alison: It is over Spencer! And so are we..
